Erase + Endosurge + Recourse

So I ordered Erase and Recourse stack but instead of sending me Recourse NP sent me Endosurge. I called and they are going to resend me the Recourse so I was wondering can I stack all three of these products safely?

Also I got Orange Triad and those pills are masssssive

For Recourse, it can be dosed 2 pills 3x per day or 3 pills 2x per day. Just try to space doses throughout the day.
