So I'm looking for opinions on what substance and at what dose you would consider to be bare minimum and optimal while running t3 to combat catabolism.
I have run t3 in the past on a heavy cycle of prop and tren with fantastic results. I want to run it again but with something milder.
I'm currently thinking 375mg test cyp with 50mg winstrol thrown in for an endurance boost.
