Info on starting a first cycle

Rkid

New member
Hi there people, ive recently been thinking long and hard about starting my first cycle of d-bol, dianabol.

I basically want some advice on whether or not to start a cycle because i have been all natural for the entire time of my training.
I am 20 years old, 5ft 6.5inches, 140 pounds, with low body fat percentages. I have been training for about 18 months and i have gained 21-28 pounds, cant remember my exact start off weight but jeese i was skinny and no definition at all.

As i am obviously new to this im not looking for people to reply along the likes of; your too young, not much experience of a cycle etc..
Everybody has to start somewhere at the end of the day..

Im just asking for options and opinions on what you guys think is best as yous obviously know your stuff..

Looking forward to reading your replies.
Thanks, much appreciated, Rkid

I honestly don't care that you don't want to hear this:

1) Invalid Link Removed
2) You are too young and in no way ready for this, spend the time before you turn 21 quietly researching if you want, but that should be the extent of your dabbling. Learn what you can, save your questions and ask them when the time has come.
3) Training for 18 months means you are nowhere near (not even close) to your genetic potential, adding that amount of muscle is good, but its nowhere near where you can get to.
4) Don't bother flaming me, I'm fresh out of giving a f*ck...

To be helpful to you, you could consider a stack of the following:
Anabeta
DAA
Erase
Need2slin

and probably see gains similar to what most of us "older" folk see on a cycle due to your current levels of hormones.

Well 'Manbeast' i appreciate your reply as it does make sense and it was the type of information that i am looking for..

Just going to keep training away and see what reaults i achieve by the summer..

Any good ideas on other supplementing?

Thanks, Rkid

The stack i posted will do you well along with your multi/creatine/fish oil/etc.

ManBeast

Which one would you reccommend of the 4 stacks..?
Also what creatine would your reccommend..? As i was using EFX Kre-Alkalyn..

Rkid

All of those together are a helluva natural stack.

Anabeta - natural non-suppressive anabolic
DAA - Amino acid that boosts natural testosterone production
Erase - Anti estrogen and cortisol control to maximize the testosterone in your system
Need2slin - nutrient repartitioner to maximize nutrients ->muscle instead of to fat.

Make sure you eat hard/train hard/sleep hard and you'll see solid gains off of that. Be wary of overtraining for it destroys muscle (as will too much cardio)

Well manbeast I think I figured out why u keep answering all these kids posts. If u can help one out of ten I guess that makes it worthwhile. Good job bro keep up the good work. And to the op congrats on taking some great advice and not being a know it all doucher.

you just got a ton of great advice from my bro, the beast... listen very closely to what he said... your a smart kid and I repsect the fact that you have a good attitude and listened... you already made some sweet gains without any ph... i would wait until you are at least 25... what he told you to do is pretty spot on... the need2slin product is one of the best supps out there... i absolutely love it... what exactly are your goals here?? let me know what you are wanting to accomplish and i can add to what was already given to you...

Yea all i wanted was some decent advise and opinions and from the little i know about the steriod world i am glad i have took on board the information provided by manbeast.. It does make sense and i will see how the stack goes that manbeast provided for me.. Thanks guys, much appreciated..

He wasn't saying it to be deuraggatory.

Lol i know but suppose thats my bad.. I like all the advise and i listen to people who know their stuff over people trying to tell me how to train (e.g. People in my local gym)..

I'm 21 and I consider myself a "kid" to most vets here. The under 21 post is a must read.Explains the fact your still hormonely(not a word but meh) immature.Your boys are still argueing and trying to get situated.Once they come to an understanding (21) you may then seek wisdom.

Edit*by boys I meant testicles.

Yeah... hence #4 in my response. If I had $10 for every thread where the person lashes out and tries to attack me for looking out for their wellfare... i'd be at what.. $200? and I've been back about a month?

Lol i suppose if you put it that way then yes we are just kids to the guys that know their stuff.. Always going to be learning at the of the day lol

Well i appreciate the guidance and that is all i really wanted.. Lol you start charging for useful information and make a bita $ on the side..

I don't think I can setup a paypal under "manbeast" :D

ManBeast

:L now that would be a laugh..

As for for people my age posting similar threads and giving off dogs abuse, i understand where the fustration comes from because you guys are very knowledgeable in this criteria and it would be stupid not to take on board the information you give us.. Shouldnt post a thread in the first place if they dont accept the info provided..

Haha and your name is kid but stick around man your gonna learn alot here

Haha yea just sort of contradicted myself there.. But i suppose i am a 'kid' to everyone who knows their stuff.. But this is all a learning process for me and i am just looking forward to seeing results and and reading up on plenty of helpful articles..

I'm actually working on trying to get more articles posted about this stuff, possibly another subforum that's read-only.

What has helped me alot is tracking my calories. Diet is so important to reaching your goals bro. Once thats in check and your training is in check then u can start researching a cycle.

Thanks mate for the reply.. Basically i Was always skinny and i am rather small in height and peers my age are bigger and stronger and it just got to me so i enrolled myself to my local gym, from there i have been training and just looking to bulk up in size and strength.. It has been working but the only supplement i took was EFX kre-alkalyn, and also a few tubs of cytosport monster milk.. Bit the time has come to look harder into the supplements and see what will actually benefit me the most in my training..
All information provided to me will be very useful and i will try things out and listen to advise as i am still sort of 'learning' things..

Yeap, it is and always will be (ESPECIALLY when on a cycle) 85% Diet, 10% Training, 5% "goodies"

That would blow my mind if there was a sub-forum to help people. It seems as though stickies are almost entirely ignored. If you would like any help on that let me know, I might not know nearly as much as you but I know a few things.
Back on topic.
Rkid, what are you macros coming out to as of late, and whats your workout schedule?

'manbeast' i agree that there should be a read-only thread so people dont have to answer again and again to umpteen threads which are very similar..

'rsnake' to be honest diet is my hardest area to conquer.. I have my training pretty much down the way i like it.. But my diet never seems to follow suit and i have trouble sticking at it or else i dont know exactly what to prepare etc etc..

I would love like a 14 day plan which would include what to eat and drink from when i open my eyes until i hit the sack at night time and then just play about with the meals and switch them on different days etc so i dont get sick of it..

The key to not getting sick of things is learn to love spices! it is incredible the variety of flavors you can bring to a boring piece of chicken titty with just a few dashes of seasonings (and i'm not talking just salt, so back down sodium-nazis).

ManBeast

Get one of the calorie tracking apps...tell us your main goals and I'm sure we can come up with a good diet for u

Thats one thing i never really do is season food.. Mixing and matching foods with different textures and flavors would make sense and would overcome boring dull dishes.. Going to have to buy a spice rack now too lol your costing me a fortune here 'manbeast' :L

Rkid

I can't :D my own diet gives me a f*cking headache so I stick to supps and trainig for other people... that and saving their nuts...

ManBeast

'rsnake' that sounds awesome mate..
Il have a look for a decent calorie tracker.. Il have a think of what exactly i want to achieve over certain periods and get back to you guys tomorrow as im going to sleep now because im from the (uk) lol..

Thanks for all the help 'manbeast', real eye-opener..

Fitday.com and Livestrong.com both have decent calorie trackers. Fitday is nice because you can label read and insert any nutritional info you want.
