I tried to download the MP3 but I could only get it streaming. The website for SHR is crap in my opinion. Not saying the show isn't good, just work on the re-designing the website.

To download the MP3, right click the download link and do "save target as." The reason it streams for you is actually because your browser is trying to play it for you.
