TruNutrition Wheyology White chunks in powder?

I just got my order of the chocolate flavor of the wheyology.
There seems to be hard white powder chunks throughout the tub.
(reminds me of small drywall pieces.)
They do break up int white powder if squeezed between your fingers.

Wondering what the hell is this?
& is it safe to use? (Has anyone else had this issue?)
(Or should I be exchanging it?)

No peanut powder on the ingredients.
At first i thought it could be Leucine that didnt get broken up and mixed in well but damn if they arent some pretty big chunks.
