im not asking for exact numbers here but if i frequently use wf+pw for my workouts how much additional beta alanine would i need for around 6g's on training days?
 
My advice would be to take 6g of pure BA, see how that feels.
Then take your WF+PW, see how that feels. And add accordingly.

Any answer I give you would be giving away too much info.

But I will say this, a full serving of WF and PW has a hefty dose of BA. I personally wouldn't bother with the extra BA. But if you want, just test it out, see what combination gives your body the best results.

Well I have a log going on the weight loss section, and today is the first time I tasted the watermelon flavor : delicious!!

you can take your WF and PW and add BA slowly and see how you like it. but if Renegade is saying there is enough, then i trust him and wouldnt add any. But yeah, i always like to add BA into my pre (if its a prop blend) because usually its a bit under dosed but not always. i trust CL
 
lol.....yeah pw and wf have more than enough for pre and post training.....
