Don't feel bad man, i pretty much only keep track of protein and calories to be completely honest. Carbs would be something i would count if say i was dieting for a contest since it is more crucial (or isn't if your under the supervision of George Farrah who keeps carbs up to the contest which seems to work a lot better for most guys) I will always have an all out bulking mentality for the simple fact it works, it's not easy to disregard your physique for a while at the benefit of adding pure size. Most guys can't handle it to be honest but a really good example is Natural Olympian John Hansen, i read an interview on him in musclemag and me/him have the same concept on bulking, that it should be done to gain the most amount of mass possible so when showtime comes, he would without a doubt be bigger. I respect the guy more and more i read on him. He said a naturals should devote time to gaining more mass instead of being extremely lean because how he puts it "the guys are ripped to the bone no doubt about it, but they look damn skinny!"

he used steroid(s) ,dbol think he said,for his first show admittably I heard him say on a radio show. I dont know if he has done over the counter stuff or not. Many "naturals" to over the counter and can still compete in their organization because it isnt banned.
 
Don't forget HGHpro is supposed to increase appetite as well! Yeah today i am really feeling the DAA it's hitting me stronger than the first time i took it. Good thing is my workouts are amazing though, Dude once i get super lean I'm going to bulk again but manage my fat a little more and stay a little leaner. I still will be doing those 7k calorie days but they are going to be timed for training days.

That's a really good point, i've heard a few guys saying that exact same thing. One of them "if there is something legal i can take to be better, than i will take advantage of it. I won't go the illegal route though." Guys can get away with Drug-Free claims but still take crazy PH cycles and such. It should be called Drug-Free because according to the Government PH's aren't drugs. So with that being said it should just be called drug free bodybuilding lol

I absolutely love DAA i just ordered some to our store, we got 3 tubs of 300 grams from you guys through Europa. I'm buying one for the future, stuff is just amazing. If i decide to run a PH it would without a doubt be a staple for my PCT. I can only imagine how big a difference it made for you if it made a good difference for me. I already got a few people picking up a tub from you guys as well. We need more of your products, i'll keep throwing AI sports stuff on our order list i know people will enjoy the products :D
 
Right now im getting really sore from upper body yesterday, upright cable rows made my entire part of my shoulders come alive. Time for my hghpro and some sleepy time :lol:
 
WOW, i seriously just had the most insane leg session and it was just leg extensions/lying leg curls and standing calve raises. I pushed so hard i had the most insane all over leg pump i've ever gotten and right now i'm on Cloud 9. I feel absolutely incredible!!! As i sit here i have this entire upper body pump feeling and keep looking bigger and bigger. Absolutely nothing can stop me right now, This morning sitting at 235 on the dot but muscle hardness is really really coming on strong my shoulders feel like rocks right now, fat is falling off!! For some reason yesterday i saw a pic of Steve Reeves and it just hit me, this is what i want to look like!! Ever since i upped my protein i seem to grow and grow and grow i can see my serratus outline even though there's still some fat on them. It's like i can see a preview of everything, my taper looks more and more drastic too and i still have love handles!!! Golden era bodybuilding is the BEST, we gotta bring it back to the ifbb and get the mass monsters with no personalities off the stage. Let's make bodybuilding how it used to be, charismatic and artistic!!

Wow, he something you don't see anymore. Though I have heard that even in the 60s they were using LOADS of anabolics... Listen to thursday's epi of SuperHuman radio. The dude competed in the early 70s and he took so much... he said he got studied in a clinic and they couldn't figure out how he was still alive haha.

I honestly doubt Steve Reeves was pounding down lots of anabolics if any at all, he's big but it's not absolutely ridiculous i mean the guy was 6 foot 200lbs and even at that he had 18" arms/25" legs 18" calves etc. I'll check that out though man thanks.

Oh yea these physiques are much closer to physiques like Layne Norton, and many other natural bodybuilders
I'm bulking now though so I try not to look at these pics lol.

Bulking 4 lyfe!

Took those pic's today, haven't evaluated them yet but my vacuum pose is getting a lot better. I feel like i have more core control and such, if i can pull the pose off with some fat left on my stomach i know for a fact i'll be able to kill the pose when i'm really lean. Vascularity is creeping up on me too :)
 
And i am 237lbs as of this morning, again not sure how but i have been eating 200+ grams of protein when before i only had like 150 max. Some days i can actually feel glycogen being replenished it feels like a small pump i love it.

Technically from the beginning? Yes, but i was 235 for a few days so i don't know how i went up to 237 but i look better anyways so whatever lol

That happened to me before, one day I dropped to 188, then back up to 193, and didnt work out and still hit 195 haha...
Think it might have something to do with water.

Well started at 238Lbs and yeah it could be water i didn't eat any ridiculous amounts of salt. It's weird though how the body does stuff like this isn't it?

So upon evaluation of my pic's i have definitely lost fat it's pretty evident in my ab area and love handle area as well as some cuts in my legs (stomach is pretty much the only area i actually hold some fat) Not really anything different anywhere else. For 1 week not bad!

I'm working at it! Last time i dieted i think i did something wrong because i was like 218 or so but i didn't look the same way i do now. o.O Your making some epic bulk progress man i'm jelly!

Doesn't sound small at all this dude is around there at my gym and he's HUGE/LEAN i believe he's competing in a show in the upcoming months.

ALSO i know where are the pic's ill get em up but what do you guys think of this ingredient profile? I'm thinking of using it since it's cheap as hell in the store, it's sort of like glycobol so a nutrient partitioner and insulin mimicker.

The Vanadyl has shown to be toxic in high doses so I would cycle off of that. The dose of R-ala is pretty dang high. So one pill will do it for you. Chronium research is like... not definitive (though nothing is really). I like R-ala, and vanadyl. I just cycle off vanadyl. use it for about a month then cycle off for around 8 weeks.

basically helps insulin do it's job better/ has you releasing less insulin for the amount of carbs ingested.

Good thing i posted it, i'm thinking of stacking this with a PH while i bulk to get maximum nutrient uptake/minimal fat storage if that makes sense.

Depending on the PH you might not need it. I find though, that using it for glucose control on cycle is good. On cycle it's been shown that many bodybuilders get type 2 diabetes. The muscle cells actually get desensitized to insulin. So you need more insulin. (probably why the big time big boys pin insulin).
But you know me... I always use GDAs when I eat carbs... haha.

So what your saying is pretty much for guys on cycle it's the opposite of what people OFF are like? I hear most people say lower insulin levels help you to avoid putting on fat and keep putting on muscle for nattys? So if i was to go on i could benefit from a gigantic intake a carbs depending on the PH? I'm milking matt for his knowledge LOL

SIDE NOTE! About 2.5 Weeks in..Weight is 232-233Lbs (-5/6lbs)

Woke up today and my waist has dropped 2 INCHES since i started (39.5 down to 37.5) And if i pull a vacuum i can get to 35. I think the combo of having my diet dialed in and practicing vacuum every day is making a huge difference. My upper body doesn't shrink either so it's like i just keep getting wider and wider! I also can see my lat insertions they go PAST my waist, i'm gonna look like a bat when i'm done dieting! It does take away from my taper a little but it makes my back look really thick.

It's MyoSlin by MyoPharma, not sure on the price though i think we got it for a promo and it was free so we just put it for $20 it could be more not really sure.

On a side note i am ADDING GREEN TEA TO MY INTRA WORKOUT, afterwards i feel so awesome and it's like an energy boost all natural. Plus there are so many health benefits it's insane!
 
ALSO i talked to a muscletech rep and we spent a good hour at least talking about every aspect of bodybuilding. I really enjoy hearing info on things i haven't learned it makes me smarter and i apply it to my body and training so far i've seen so way better results too :)

I think because of their prices but the guy was really honest about everything, i'm gonna give there stuff a shot as far as anabolic halo. He didn't just say blah blah strongest supplement blah blah, he actually explained how each individual ingredient would help and the science behind it. Therefor after talking to him for a good hour i trust him and am taking his word for the products.

Yea muscle tech has the science. Only problem is many of the studies are flawed. Either by methods or hypothesis. Either way though, if you respond it doesn't matter who makes it, it's good.

Well when you are on the goodies your body is always in anabolism. And with the enhanced test levels and other anabolic compounds you are going to build more muscle than fat. With that said the amount of food you need will cause a big insulin response that sometimes can cause the body's muscles to become insulin resistant. Which means you need more insulin to do the job. Then you are putting extra stress on the pancreas and elevating blood levels of insulin and thus clearing more blood sugar into the always happy to receive fat cells.
It's kind of weird, but it makes sense. And it's kind of why all professional bodybuilders have a dietician/nutrition specialist on hand. You have to eat correct to get big healthily.(I read a lot if strong man diet/training lol)

Update weight wise I'm somehow 238, i think i may be backed up a little from the protein guess well see by the end of the day haha. Yesterday i was 239 again too but still the same lean wise...
