So this diet is going so well right now it's awesome!! Don't feel bad man, i pretty much only keep track of protein and calories to be completely honest. Carbs would be something i would count if say i was dieting for a contest since it is more crucial (or isn't if your under the supervision of George Farrah who keeps carbs up to the contest which seems to work a lot better for most guys) I will always have an all out bulking mentality for the simple fact it works, it's not easy to disregard your physique for a while at the benefit of adding pure size. Most guys can't handle it to be honest but a really good example is Natural Olympian John Hansen, i read an interview on him in musclemag and me/him have the same concept on bulking, that it should be done to gain the most amount of mass possible so when showtime comes, he would without a doubt be bigger. I respect the guy more and more i read on him. He said a naturals should devote time to gaining more mass instead of being extremely lean because how he puts it "the guys are ripped to the bone no doubt about it, but they look damn skinny!"

Don't forget HGHpro is supposed to increase appetite as well! Yeah today i am really feeling the DAA it's hitting me stronger than the first time i took it. Good thing is my workouts are amazing though, Dude once i get super lean I'm going to bulk again but manage my fat a little more and stay a little leaner. I still will be doing those 7k calorie days but they are going to be timed for training days.
he used steroid(s) ,dbol think he said,for his first show admittably I heard him say on a radio show. I dont know if he has done over the counter stuff or not. Many "naturals" to over the counter and can still compete in their organization because it isnt banned.

daa has made a big difference for me. Remember I am 30 years old and your only 22. I suspect your testosterone levels are higher.
* remember when on a big reduction diet, testosterone and gh levels fall and I think hghpro and daa will prevent your from going down, if they would(which does happen on men who restrict calories)
WOW, i seriously just had the most insane leg session and it was just leg extensions/lying leg curls and standing calve raises. I pushed so hard i had the most insane all over leg pump i've ever gotten and right now i'm on Cloud 9. I feel absolutely incredible!!! As i sit here i have this entire upper body pump feeling and keep looking bigger and bigger. Absolutely nothing can stop me right now, This morning sitting at 235 on the dot but muscle hardness is really really coming on strong my shoulders feel like rocks right now, fat is falling off!! For some reason yesterday i saw a pic of Steve Reeves and it just hit me, this is what i want to look like!! Ever since i upped my protein i seem to grow and grow and grow i can see my serratus outline even though there's still some fat on them. It's like i can see a preview of everything, my taper looks more and more drastic too and i still have love handles!!! Golden era bodybuilding is the BEST, we gotta bring it back to the ifbb and get the mass monsters with no personalities off the stage. Let's make bodybuilding how it used to be, charismatic and artistic!!

Wow, he something you don't see anymore. Though I have heard that even in the 60s they were using LOADS of anabolics... Listen to thursday's epi of SuperHuman radio. The dude competed in the early 70s and he took so much... he said he got studied in a clinic and they couldn't figure out how he was still alive haha.
I honestly doubt Steve Reeves was pounding down lots of anabolics if any at all, he's big but it's not absolutely ridiculous i mean the guy was 6 foot 200lbs and even at that he had 18" arms/25" legs 18" calves etc. I'll check that out though man thanks.
Oh yea these physiques are much closer to physiques like Layne Norton, and many other natural bodybuilders
I'm bulking now though so I try not to look at these pics lol.

That happened to me before, one day I dropped to 188, then back up to 193, and didnt work out and still hit 195 haha...
Think it might have something to do with water.

212-215 when leaned up real good or ripped looks awesome. I know it might sound small when your 240 because Ive been there, but it feels much better and looks much better with a shirt off. Keep up the goodwork Nick

the first 3 are known for their GDA properties. I'm sure that the bioprene is there for enhanced bio availability.
The Vanadyl has shown to be toxic in high doses so I would cycle off of that. The dose of R-ala is pretty dang high. So one pill will do it for you. Chronium research is like... not definitive (though nothing is really). I like R-ala, and vanadyl. I just cycle off vanadyl. use it for about a month then cycle off for around 8 weeks.

Good thing i posted it, i'm thinking of stacking this with a PH while i bulk to get maximum nutrient uptake/minimal fat storage if that makes sense.

Depending on the PH you might not need it. I find though, that using it for glucose control on cycle is good. On cycle it's been shown that many bodybuilders get type 2 diabetes. The muscle cells actually get desensitized to insulin. So you need more insulin. (probably why the big time big boys pin insulin).

Yea muscle tech has the science. Only problem is many of the studies are flawed. Either by methods or hypothesis. Either way though, if you respond it doesn't matter who makes it, it's good.
Well when you are on the goodies your body is always in anabolism. And with the enhanced test levels and other anabolic compounds you are going to build more muscle than fat. With that said the amount of food you need will cause a big insulin response that sometimes can cause the body's muscles to become insulin resistant. Which means you need more insulin to do the job. Then you are putting extra stress on the pancreas and elevating blood levels of insulin and thus clearing more blood sugar into the always happy to receive fat cells.
It's kind of weird, but it makes sense. And it's kind of why all professional bodybuilders have a dietician/nutrition specialist on hand. You have to eat correct to get big healthily.(I read a lot if strong man diet/training lol)
Well, one of them is the one i want to try. A friend gave me a little bit and it's some weird stuff makes my insides feel cold o.o Has a pretty crazy ingredient profile but i'm willing to give it a shot

I agree, some of their claims are nuts. It seems like their new product line they are getting away from the crazy claims which makes me a little more happy.. now only if it was cheaper. xD
That makes perfect sense, the past few days i've been learning a TON about insulin/protein synthesis/digestion track. I'm utilizing everything so far and i am starting to see my body react differently in a good way. I really like it!
