well yesterday was my birthday...worrke all day and night....except for in between the 2 jobs i was able to treat myself to a nice bday present....killer leg workout...........I tried a new strategy today, sipped on my fast carsb and aminos throighout the workout to see hwo if effected my wrokout. quick uestion....anyoen that has used glycobol what is the minimum amount of carbs ud say u coudl get away with on 1 pill? or shoudl i say the most amount of carbs? i want this bottle to last me .......on my high days i usually do 2 pills with 100g carbs once for breakfast and once post workout.....but on my moderate days , my most carbs in one meal are usually only 50 g, was htinkin of jsut doing 1 cap in thosse meals

high carb day today.....really focused in the gym today, seems liek my focus is alot better after an off day.....tomorrow will be another off day where i will still try to hit sum cardio and maybe sum abs if time allows, then another high carb back day wed. lookin forward to it already!
 
also, jsut to let people know.....on off days i do all carbs from veggies/dairy, if i have any, and do not take glycobol on these days since theres really no carbs to speak of..........do u think this sounds like a good protocol or woudl it be of any benefit to still take glycobol even with jsut veggies? or like a shake of monste milk which i will be having tomorrow morning lol

Happy B-lated Birthday man, nice leg session sounds like it was awesome i had one of those a few days ago. I took glycobol with mass gainer shakes and it worked really well, even having 200 grams of carbs i still felt really good.

thanks.....i noticed yesterday that even though i had 70 g carbs intra workout and tehn 100g post workout with glycobol i was very hungry jsut 2 hours later....... dunno......cals are at 3500 now but on my off days im usually only around 2500-2600 although today ive done alot of cardio so i shoudl prolly get some more cals but i already got all my meals packed cuz of goign from place to place........maybe ill jsut ahve to have an epic meal right before bed......i am bulking right haha
 
nothing new really to speak of.....although during todays back workout i was able to do some new things because i worked out at aprivate gym one of the bet trainienrs in the carea owns and im doing an internship with him. So i did sum rack DLS with band and also some banded bent over rows....very explosively, felt great and also some heavy but also very controlled t bar rows with a doulw clutch at the top of the motion....this gave me a sick pump!!! I will weight in tomorrow to see where im at
 
jsut shot my first video for the v-log....jsut me talking, explaining stuff, I will put it up soon, aso will probably be doing some training recording tomorrow and maybe sunday as well!

so i wasnt able to film today cuz the owner of the gym was there and is a schmuk and owuldve icked us out most likely.....happy to say my shoulders wre sore todayfro proll yhte first time ever lol..... i really focused on squeezing on DB leaning laterals and also on smith machine high pulls yest. adn i think this is what did it for me......... i also di more explosive shrugs rather than really squueezing the sucle liek ive been lately and it seemed to work alot better... i always was a very explosive athlete soo i think i might start trying to do more of my lifts explosively and see how ti works for me, at leas ton some exercises
 
lately ive been dosing 30 min before a meal insta of with the meal and notice a heartburn type feeling after about 20 min or so, not really a big deal, jsut a note id thought id make........ with that said today was another epic leg owrkout.......tried to focus more on squeezing the muscles and also stopped usinga belt and went lighter for higher reps and more volume....did sets of 20,15,15,12 on squat, same with front squats (less sets), DB RDLs, hack squats---killer drop set on those.....the best eercise of the day was def one of the last thigns i did ...... i supersetted lying leg curls with wide stance smith squats with my toes pointing out to really hit my hams and glutes.... on every rep of the squats i realy squeeed my glutes hard....i have neer had such an intense pump on my ass! haha it was sick! i had 105 g carbs for breakfast with 2 glycobol and also suipped on 30g carbolyn while lifting and i htink this relaly helped the pump!!! legs till feel swole!!!

i havent had a high carb day in a while, jsut moederate around 200g for a while only taking 1 pill with my 2 main carb meals...i get a very full feeling after liek im pumpe form my food lol i love it! with that said, tomororw is an off day and i gott give bloodwork soo ill be fasted forr a while som imjust ognna do LG tomorrow and break fast aroudn 2 with a small meal then maybe hit alitel cardio and then get 55% of my cals or so afer that and another big meal before bed. just got some muscle marinade and absolutely cannot wait to try it!!!! ive heard nothign but gret things about it!

workout update..... my body is torn! reall yneed my rest day tomorrow..... yest i did banded rack pulls along with banded bent over rows....relaly good explosve contractions....my whole posterior chain is recked esp since i did full cleans today from teh ground..... also went real heavy on t-bar rows yest , overall, pretty broken down, jsut wish i could get a decent nigths sleep!!!! up at 5.m again tomorrow ugh....gotta do what ya gotta do though right!
 
so ive been taking glycobol 20-30 min before and have noticed the heartburn effect that tiny spoke of, but i also feel less bloated when i take it this way
 
i know its been a while since i updateded been super busy with school, 3tests comin up....

bringing my workouts down a notch in intensity so probably wont throw in too many high carb days except maybe leg day so i will be dosing 1 cap with breakfast and 1 cap PWO which will be my 2 bigger carb meals .


quick question ...if i take a shake with simple carbs and whey how long woudl u wait to take th glycobol to effect teh PWO meal...ive been wiating baout 15-20 min after the shake to take the glycobol then about 20-30 min before eating .....seems to be working ok
 
Hmm, I take my Glycobol on my way home from the gym, drink my shake with carbs about 20 minutes later, and then I have my meal about 20-30 minutes after that.

Play around and experiment, but that's how I do it.
 
so basically consider the shake as part of the "meal" .......woudlt he glycobol still be in ur system if u wati 20-30 min take the shaek and then wait 20-30 min for the meal, id be afraid the glycobol woudltn do as good of a job when its been laroudn an hour since uve taken it ya know

I'd say it's all trivial. Right after u lift I don't think u would need glycobol, just a shake go home do what ever then take glycobol and eat a meal...

I always do glycobol then bcaa's and protein(one or the other works as well) and some simple carbohydrates. I guess either way would work. I prefer doing it the former way
 
I think im gonna stick with protein and simple carb shake, then wait about 15-20 min, then glycobol, then meal 30 min later...my htought being, the glycobol downst relaly work well with anyways with fast carbs so ill let my body handle that then use the glyobol for the large carb meal afte r the workout
 
didnt plan on lifting today but ended up getting wuite teh arm workou in, shorter but pretty damn good, that being said though, i was doiing a LG type meal plan today so i REALLY had to pack teh cals in pwo and right now (only about 2 hours later), feeling pretty sick, but had to compensate for the workout which iw asnt planning on originally so i need the etra cals

This is kind of how I do it, too b/c I'm drinking BCAAs on my ride home. I take my Glycobol immediately upon leaving the gym and then continue drinking BCAAs for the car ride home.
 
im hoping he eats lol......so its been a while since ive had a high carb day but today i did and my pumps were amazing in the gym....normally shoudlers dont give me too much of a pump, esp somehting like shoulder presses but today i was relaly felin my delts work....i think this is also to me focusing more on contractions and not weight and not relaly trianign to failure for now to give my ody a break, hoenstly im loving it, gegt great contracitons deep burns and i feel fresher........ bt i do notice green poops form teh glycobol, doesnt bother me though, and ive been tkaing it 30 min before meals now and do notice a bit ofa heartburn feeling but once again no big deal to me as long as the product does what its upposed to and that it does for sure!!! no bloat, great pumps helllz yea
 
Yeah I'm going to need to get some more glycobol.

I like the video update. Way to push through it there at the end. You squeezed out a few more dips at the point where many people might have stopped.

haha yea.... Buffalo NY..... thanks for the comments on the dips, my goal is 50, only got 35 or so there..... and i do count my cals, im doin a bit of carb cycling....doin 3500 cals right now actually..... high days are 300/350/100 p/c/f, moderate carb days are 300/200/166 and only do low days on off days where i only do abotu 2600 cals and get all carbs only from veggies and the rest from protein and fat....i have a very busy life, that could be y i cant gain..... dunnoi have ad absoption issues in the past as well.... but eitehr way, if my test drops again.......im scared to tell u the truth, but only time will tell, im gonna try to cut back a little on my cardio/lifting time....when i say cardio i mean that i will usually do about 20 min on an eliptical to study between classes....i jsut get to tired jsut sitting in one spot haha
 
once again, only really had alot of carbs for breakfast until my workout at 530 and still had great pumps, better than usual actually esp for a back workout, which i attribute once again to teh glycobol....i relal ydont want this to end:-(

only thing is my test. is down lol.....im not longer on hrt so if it doesnt magically starting being produced again, it will literally be 20 in no time (this is what happened last tiem i came off) LITERALLY 20!!!
 
ya, thats y im hoping DAA can do sumthing for me....although i had used it before trt and my t was still about 100 but who knows maybe im alittle better now i dunno
 
well sadly enough today wasthe last of my glycobol , high carb day and my pumps were prolly bettter than tehyve ever been....i think its cuz it was the frist tiem in a while i took teh glycobol with my reworkout meal with ALOT of carbs, normally i have a few meals in between that i dont take th glycobol with cuz they are very low in carbs!!! final review will be up soon, just cfazy busy right now!!!
 
trt would supress your natty test for a while depending how long you have been on.

Its not a good idea in my opinion to stay on trt a long time.

Lets hope daa can get your back

how long were you on trt? the longer youve been on , the longer your test levels take to recover, thats why when people cycle they say get on and get off
 
i was on trt for almost a year probably............ so u thinkin if i jsut keep runnin DAA for a while that will work? we might be starting some clomid too............... never really though about the fact that i had been on so long, i jsut hope it does come back although it was shut down before i was put on trt soooo really i think im hoping for a miracle :-(

ok got a little time between classes, should prolly be studying but o well haha!!!

FINAL REVIEW!!!

Pumps - at first i noticed slight increases in pumps, nothing like out of this world but I was also taking the glycobol with breakfast then having a few meals and not working out till later in the day after meals that didnt have carbs. Although i was teaching fitness classes as part of my personal training job right after my high carb breakfasts and woudl notice my abs getting pretty pumped during crunches, much moreso than normal.......when i REALLY noticed the solid pumps came when I would take the glycobol with a pre workout meal containing alot of carbs, not allowing my glycogen stores to get depleted throughout the day. When i did the the pumps were incredible, a very full feelin in the muscle for the whole workout meaning that the glycobol did a great job of shuttling the 100g or so of carbs from my breakfast right to where they coudl be utilized...the muscle.

- endurance was also increased becasue of this...theres no doubt abotu it, days when i took the glycobol with alot of carbs pre workout my workouts were much stronger for longer, not much else to say about that......

-when taken post workout I def. noticed a nice fullness to my muscles later on nothing crazy but what can u really expect.....if its noticeable, that means something to me, bottom line

- I must say, looking back, THE MOST NOTICEABLE THING ABOUT GLYCOBOL was how it dealt with a high carb content with no bloat.....i coudl easily ingest 100-150g carbs and feel fine....liek i said, even teaching fitness classes sometiems 5 minutes after finishing my morning shake of oats milk fruit, pb, whey. That is something that i really enjoyed about the product, i was still able to get in good amount of carbs/nutrition and feel fine and be bale to do my job sufficiently.

-regarding nutrient partitioning and fat gain.....no fat gain to speak of weight unfortunately stayed the same. I think this is due to my active lifestyle...i am consistently eating 3500 calories and have tracked very religiously .......i am going to have to bump it up which is crazy for someone 140-145 lbs or find a way to reduce teh amount of exercisei get outside of the gym which is alot to be honest....

- in regards to the popular comment that glycobol turns ur **** green.....for me yea, it happened, but do i care....no....the product did what it said it woudl do and it did it damn well......if you are taking the product for great pumps, endurance, nutritent partitioning effects ur getting exactly what you want, so why does it matter if ur poop is a little green? doesnt bother me none, its not liek it gave me the runs or burning or anything.

- The only other thing I woudl say is that once i started dosing it 20-30 minutes before meals i did experience a bit of a heartburn feeling....nothin too bad but it is something that shoudl be noted

overall glycobol is a great product....the only other GDA i have used was slin sane and I noticed much better pumps and decreased bloat from glycobol.....dosed 20-30 minutes before a high carb preworout meal is my suggestion on when to take it....and also with any other high carb meals obv. just to help keep fat gain away.....i also used it at just 1 cap with smaller carb meals on my lower carb days but with my very high carb measl (100-150 g) i was dosint 2 caps...even aroudn 70 g i woudl do 2 caps....worked good for me, i lvoed the product and woudl once again liek to thank John Smeton and AI sports for this awsoem opportunity and I really hope to be able to log some mroe of their products in the future!..........with that said, look out for my log I will be starting soon of AI's bulk DAA I will post a link in here and hope to get soem good followers...... i ahve a much different log because i was on hrt for at least a year and now have been taken off.....I am hoping the DAA will restart my body to producce some LH, even though before i was on hrt I was not producing lh which means no Test. so that is why iw as put on.....we will see....hopefully i can get soem bloodwork too! see you all there in that log :-) !!!
