im messin around with slin sane atm.. its saying only take one cap 15 mins before preWO meal...
im currently runnin 2 caps.. one with a high carb meal, and the other i guess with a carbed up snack before i hit the gym.. ive mostly been using whole grain bread as a source of carbs..
anyways goal is recomp.. any suggestions on how to utilize this stuff properly? and is this stuff basically only good "per meal" or am i good for the day??
