received the ergo biggunn. thanks

all do a review after a few uses but i tried it last night and dont know if it was because i stacked with formula x or what but i was doing more dips then usual. definite increase in reps. couple times it hurt so bad i had to put my arms up on the side of my truck bed to hold them up and not hurt.

the taste was light. kind of liked it that way.

Our pleasure. I dig the stuff, but I am not so naive as to think that everyone will like the taste or the results. I would say the effects are cumulative, so the longer you stay on the more "effect" you will notice. It might take about a week to a difference in training for some- whereas some athletes notice a difference right away. It is "stim-free" so it is not going to knock your socks off like a Jack3d.......

But I am an "ERGO-addict" for sure!

I like using this by far tossed in w/my preWO...in addition to a serving of ModernBcaa...instead of intra...mostly just b/c of working out first thing in the morning/fasted (and getting mTOR cranking)...the taste I swear was lemon-lime (took me forever to finally see in the ingredient panel that it was fruit punch), reminded me of how I remember jack3d tasting...the most notable effect so far has been hydration, normally I will drink all my water/intra continually thru the workout...the past several workouts (in which I down the Ergo preWO) is that my water bottle is now like 3/4 full come near end of the workout....second to that has been slight pump enhancement...I'm also running Ergopump at the moment, so the extra citrulline malate could have contributed to that....all in all though, good!

ErgoBlitz is specifically advertised as an intra...that help? I'd suggest experimenting with it, either intraWO or preWO along with your stim loaded pre...if that's what floats your boat...
