How overweight are we talking here? I ask because he may have other conditions, including thyroid problems, that would make using Shift not wise. It all depends just how far gone he is and if so, then he should speak with his physician first.

WHAT ARE YOU DOIN? You gotta keep that PIMP hand strong now... no logic is allowed when repping! :D

Lol. Questioning my pimp-ness? How dare you! Honestly Shift is great stuff and an Erase/Shift combo is even better, but he needs to combine that with diet and exercise first. I ask about the weight because it seems that people have different ideas of what overweight is. Dude could be 200 pounds or dude could be 500 pounds...lots of room in between there.

He isn't like horrible but he quit chewing about a year ago and gained about 30-40 lbs. I think he's pushing 260? Not horrible but his gut is sticking out and has a hard time losing anything

Both Shift and Alpha T2 have gotten great feedback. Alpha T2 includes what is in Shift and more. These are all great ways to speed things up, but of course diet and exercise is going to be key. It's really nice to see you taking care of your dad like that!

Agreed!

Well I gotta do something he isn't that old and he's falling apart to fast haha

Depending on his weight, if he is at a level where supplements could be effective and he wants to stay away from stimulants I would use Shift taken on an empty stomach and NP green tea extract (the good kind) calles TEA-CG or something

Just understand how it works though...someone who is gaining weight is like someone who is drifting out to sea 5mph. Adding supplements is like paddling back and slowing the weight gain down, but youre still drifting 4mph out to sea. Diet and exercise will get him headed back to shore at a nice pace, and supplements will give an extra boost.

Thats my analogy for the night

I've had exceptional experiences with shift, but like other people in this thread have mentioned, he needs to make diet and exercise a priority if he's legitimately concerned about his weight. Supplements are meant to be...well, supplemental.

Yeah I understand all that for sure. He hasn't exactly counted his amount of calories he consumes in a day but he has cut out his pop addiction for the most part and is losing a little less then a lb a week. I just think that erase will give him that extra boost to work out harder and clean up his diet more

I agree completely. Most times it is too overwhelming for somebody to go from one extreme to the other, which just leads to frustration and dropping the diet. No need to weigh everything and count every calorie. Just small changes like cutting pop (a fellow midwesterner lol) to get started and build from there. Erase is a good one to stack in there, but maybe start simple like with what Natty suggested: Shift and a green tea extract...or green tea itself which is what I prefer, but isn't for everybody. See how that goes and consider some of the other options as he progresses. Please let us know how it works out!

I'll let everyone know how it goes. He even has liver tests he took a few weeks ago and more to come after he starts on the cycle support. I'll get a hold of that and his cholesterol numbers too. And update on the weight loss
