LOG: 8 Bottles Ursobolic - What to do?

I can totally feel your pain with being extremely busy and all, we're definitely in the same boat. But a wedding is something you'd rather want to put more planning into than a cycle, lol. ;)

Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to have the time to run a log of my cycle, so sorry about that, you seemed really interested. However, I have decided to add some IGF-1 LR3 into this stack to make it even more powerful.

Currently on week 3 of test and HGH, will be adding the IGF-1 around week 7. I'll keep you updated once in a while, but don't worry I won't highjack your log.

Hmm, about the dosing. I'd say to keep it high. Maybe 15? and see what happens. I'll unfortunately be running mine while on cycle.. mainly so I don't die while Mdrol but id say to keep it as high as needed to see benefits... cause underdosing stuff is not worth it.

Dr D posted on this on his section of the thread, but he goes into how people on cycle really hurt their cholesterol levels. And it's usually something most overlook. UA might help keep cholesterol levels at a more optimal rate on cycle and off cycle. Thats what he said anyway. Besides growing is not ONLY hormones. having the anti inflammatory effect and lowered BP are great for when you are on.
 
Well I am glad I'm 2 weeks into my cycle and I've been running it @18 caps per day for the last 6 weeks! Hahah thanks for the info.

I am 7 weeks in now. Still leaning out slowly and steady and endurance is top notch. Haven't seen any strength gains in a while though so those might have leveled out :)
Upped the dosing to 21caps/day and bought a few more bottles so I can run it for the full 12 weeks as promised :thumbsup:
Gotta put this product to the ultimate test ;)

Dunno how much gym time I will get during these busy christmas times that are around the corner... We shall see. I will try my best, otherwise I hope the Ursobolic will keep me lean and mean over Christmas :p

yeah, i was wonderin what are the differences youve noted between 9 vs 18 caps dosin? For instance if you ask me, ive tried anabeta 4 vs 6 caps and although 4 anabeeta are great, 6 feel amazing.

21 caps yes. I have noticed more of a leaning effect when I bumped up to 21 from 9 caps so high doses is where this is at for me :thumbsup:
Can get a lil expensive though but when it works - it works :)
Yeah, I'm planning either a Epi or H-Drol run stacked with Fura. High doses on everything ;) Nice recomp/cut before summer :fing02:

Yeah, I know what you mean. I dosed AnaBeta at 6caps myself and it was awesome compared to running 4 caps. Same thing with this, I respond better to high doses of stuff, makes me see the results much faster :lol:
 
Just a quick update now that I ahve s few minutes on my hands:

I've kept my diet the same as before for 7 weeks now and my waist has gone from 95cm to 91cm. That is a 5cm drop (2inches).
Weight is sitting at 210 and my strength and endurance is higher than before. :thumbsup:

So far so good :)
 
Hey Concrete that is great progress!. 2 inches off the waist is awesome!. I previously had doubts about this product but lately I've been thinking about trying it more and more. Plus the price has gone done a bit too.

How long does 8 bottles last at a decent dosage?

9 is the low end, CC goes with 21 a day.... each bottle is 120 caps.

(120X8)/21 = 45.7 days
(120X8)/9 = 106.6 days.

So for CC's dosing he gets 45 days, For the standard dose (Which has shown to have subtle effects in allowing some to eat a bit more than usual) you get 106 days.

When My bottles come in Im running it at 15/day Which will last 64 days.

I'm on week 10 now and I am feeling great on this stuff. Training has been way off and so has eating, been more like bulking the last couple of weeks :D Still feeling the muscle fullness and keeping lean despite munching on a lot of not so good foods during Christmas and New Years :D

Let's start this New Year off with a bang and train like a freak these last weeks on Ursobolic - what do you all say? :)

Btw, i been wanting to ask you between 18 to 21 caps is there really a noticeable effects from urso? im at 9 per day right now and it keeps me lean while i can eat a lot more. However, it hasn't done much in the muscle building department, how has urso done in terms of muscle building at your high dose? or is it just more leaning?

If is just added leaning or fat burning then i dont think is worth it to me at least to superdose. But i think ive heard some folks say having strength increases and fuller bigger muscles while at the high dose end. MM whats your personal expereince on the hyper dosing at this??

High dosing makes my muscles feel fuller and strength has creeped up quite a bit over tha past weeks. Endurance is off the charts as well :thumbsup: I'd really like to see my lipid and liver panel though just to see if something has changed for the better :p
If 9 is giving you nice results then I'd keep it at that. You could always try high dosing for a couple of weeks to see if the effects change much ;)

I probably have liver failure, kidney failure, and stuff.. but man I feel amazing haha.

Added some urso actually haha. 12 a day. Hoping the lipids will come out okay. My HDL is probably like 0.5 seeing Im mid week 5....

Yeah, probably, that stuff is hell on lipids. Concrete, glad the Urso is doing your right, I have been off for a month now and am see a big difference to the bad side. I have some on the way and am anxious to get started. I will be in the E-Pharm booth at at the Arnold and want to properly represent, I have 2 months to make a difference and need to really lean into my workouts

Great to hear. Like i said at standard dose i only noticed leaning more than anything. However, i will double dose to 18 a day soon when my np order arrives. And will lay off the anabeta which will let me know exactly how urso affects the gain department. In any case, nobody can go wrong with urso. It has allowed me to eat dirtier and still keep or even lean out.

There are studies that say it is more liver protective than milk thistle. I haven't had any bloods done before or after. I can say this it definitely is nutrient partitioning and certainly prevents the deposition of fat, only one month off it showed me its true value. I lost nothing post cycle while taking it, I highly recommend it in a pc therapy role

It will be interesting to see how much the Urso has helped. My bet is that it does keep the lipids in check to some extent, but how much I do not know :) Let's hope for the best :thumbsup:

Concrete, were you at 18 caps a day for any extended period of time?. What I'm trying to figure out is, is it really worth it to bump it from 18 to 21 caps per day. Is there really that much of a significant difference by adding an extra 3 caps a day?. I think 18 a day would be really expensive and bumping it to 21 wouldn't really make any significant difference besides the fact you would run out of money quicker...This seems like a product that slowly builds up in your system and as time goes on you get better effects. From what I read, it is progress but slow, so it would be better to pick a dose and stay there for at least a month. If your gonna raise the dosage, raise it significantly and observe the changes within the next 4-6 weeks. There has got to be a point of dosage where you aren't going to see any significant change. So it wouldn't be worth the cost to go over that amount, whatever dosage it happens to be.
 
Changes are not that significant, but I was down at 9 a day and then I bumped back up to 18-21 and that's where I felt a difference though. Not much of a difference but endurance wise I felt great when bumping back up again. I don't think 21 is necessary though. 18 as recommended is good enough for a high dose of the stuff :thumbsup:

I've just been doing 12 per day.....wondering if I should bump that up or not
I never needed more than nine. I think my high fat diet makes the urso much more bioavailable

I was just thinking maybe it's because you have a LOW carb diet... as your fat intake is not outrageously high. Just that you don't eat that many carbs so you don't need it to be a nutrient shuttling supplement. As the C20 (supposedly high extract of UA) has made people feel hypoglycemic Urso may work as a mild yet very effective glucose disposal agent.

I forget to put in how much half and half I drink a day I go through a half a gallon a week I just forget to put that in my log sometimes. My fat intake is pre tty smoking.. There are always a few unaccounted for spoons of natty peanut butter in there too ..... oh my God, There is a Ten Minute Trainer ad on tv right now...I've been doing it all wrong, ten minutes is all you need ......RIGHT

John Welbourn says to cut on 50% fat, and 25% of the other two. But he's like 300lbs and cuts on 5000cals... either way I think it's the higher carbs that require a bit more urso, and of course the fats to absorb it regardless. The stuff is HELLA light. 2 of my friends up here in Japan take it... and they both talk about that burp!

Never had the smoke burp, I attribute that fact to the large amounts of liquid fat I take it with, getting maximum absorption
 
Nice to see the thread blow up although I have been inactive for a while again. Been on a business trip in Germany last week. Put the Urso to the test once again with drinking and dining in restaurants ;)

I'm at the office right now but I will update later after workout :thumbsup:

^Btw, the smokeburps subsided once I started taking my Urso with a tbsp of cold pressed virgin coconut oil :p

Training has been scarce lately. Still got a lot of wedding planning to do since I'm getting married in 1½ weeks :) After that it is all back to business again. Although I think it was good that my body got a longer rest period once in a lifetime :D
Been trying to keep up with training but the stress takes a toll on me :(

You know I always got a cycle up my sleeve :lol:
Been planning a summer recomp cycle for some time now and it kicks off in about 4 weeks (2weeks after the wedding, so I can get my lifting back on track before the cycle starts).

I got and Epi/Bold stack on the menu this time ;)

I'm sorry for the writeup on Ursobolic still not being posted :( I always complete my logs sooner or later, but this time it has been post poned greatly due to the wedding and I apologize for that. Pictures and measurements have all been taken and written down, just need to get the time to put everything in place.

But honestly I think the product speaks for itself :)

Haven't got around to try the Ultradrol yet, got 2 bottles in my stash waiting to be consumed :D
But I tried epi once before, only 2 weeks at the end of my X-Tren cycle and I got a major sickness so I had to stop :( Now it is time to give it ago again ;) (Haven't tried EQ-Plex before either :p)
