Not sure if there are any fans on here but it's worth a shot...

I use Hulu daily and it's getting difficult to find something worth giving a watch. reps for good suggestions.

stuff I watched already or still watching if it's still on air.

full metal alchemist brotherhood for sure! I think hulu only has the first season though so you will need to check either netflix or online somewhere, you'll be hooked. Wish they'd get some Gundam on there though.

don't know if hulu has it but net flix does for sure, I liked witchblade.

I seen posters up here of a Berserk movie coming out so I watched some at a friends house. A bit dark. Is this the movie? or is this some OAV?

Cool, I'll check it out. I used to be a huge manga fan like 10 years ago then just sort of fell out of it, but this thread has gotten me interested again I think.

I like all kinds, the story line is huge for me more than just the anime part. The last anime series I watch as a whole was Samurai X and liked it quite a bit.

Heard of Samura Deeper Kyo? Kenshin = samurai X? I hear they are revamping kenshin .... Odd really. I kinda liked Scrapped Princess. been watching anime a lot as of late as it has become a past time for me and some guys at the apt we live in.

Rurouni Kenshin is Samurai X I believe.
 
Samurai X (hulu) , brave 10 (@crunchyroll. ***), and scrapped princess (watchcartoononline.***) all saved to watch later. Just finished up The Guyver anime and The Guyver 2 movie.

I personally liked the first one better but it was definitely a must watch. Thanks again for the suggestion, I found the full movie on youtube haha.

The first movie was produced by NewLine so it had a much higher production value but the second one's story goes more into what goes on in the anime. I recommend you start with the first movie, watch the anime series and finish with the second movie.

Yeah, the whole anime series was something like 26 episodes... so not too long but enough to get into it.

Plus the second movie and the anime are more in line with the manga that it was based on.

gonna check these out next but for now I'm watching 07-Ghost and it's pretty damn good.

Hellsing and hellsing Ultimate were both very good. Ultimate was a "remake" of sorts with more blood and gore , better animation (still very similar to original tho) and was closer to the manga. If I had to watchjust one version, go with Ultimate.

Don't know. Was asking you for your opinion as I was thinking about checking it out. If you liked hellsing sounds right up your alley though.

Bumping an old thread, but I've just finished up Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood and currently sit at about half way through Claymore. Claymore is a great show. Anyone have any other suggestion for animes that are in line with this show? I was thinking about checking out The Black Butler but wanting to ask for suggestions first.

Samurai Champloo is definitely on the list, Cowboy Bebop eventually ( I've read the synopsis and it doesn't really appeal to me for some reason ). Also got Gungrave on the list, and Hellsing. The more violent the better :D
