no doubt...no sides at all, other than a slight temporary reduction in libido, and some reduction in appetite. i am using n2guard as a precaution, and so far things are going very well!!!
N2guard does have a good profile for a on cycle support supplement. Just hard for me not to use my tried and true CEL cycle assist.

Amen to that its hard to find the time for the gym, with the hecticness that is the holidays. As much as i love them i usually indulge in eating way to much, but this year i did good and was in the gym to stay on schedule even during christmas.

You go shopping for boxes when you move? Just go to your local grocery, find the produce manager(or worker) and ask if you can have any empty apple or banana boxes. Problem solved, plus you can get some grub while your there. :thumbsup:

had a slow night at work last night-thankfully...still feeling some lethargy, did stairs after work but it wasn't one of my best efforts....going to gym tomorrow for a long full body workout, that should tell me where i stand!!!

Nice, I'd do 2 pre and 2 postspeaking of wood, libido is back-big time. lethargy seems to have passed also. had a nice full body workout this morning, upped the weights again and put reps into the 3-5 range. felt good to be lifting somewhat heavy again, had been doing lighter weights for 10-12 reps. weight is up 6lbs, but mostly due to holiday binging i think. be interesting to see if the weight comes off now that i have cleaned up diet....also decided to get another bottle of m1p and up dose to 6ml. haven't decide rather to do 6-1ml doses or just bump the pre and post doses to 2 ml.

Pumped to see how the increased dosing with work for you.went ahead and started the 2ml pre and post....excited to see if this increases results....i know the addional 'time on' will for sure increase results. my diet has been pretty clean for the last few days and still i gained another lb, geez!!! doesn't appear to be bloat or much fat, so i have 4 more lbs i can gain to stay at or under 220.
LOL...Man if 220 is big..Id hate to tell you what Im tippin the scales at..lol
