I know the cal counter doesn't count Leucine As protein...but I do. One hour after this I have my whole food meal and it usually takes up the rest of my cals for the day ( i love a big post workout meal). Not sure what it's going to be tonight but I'll make sure to add it tomorrow.
I might have to add a 3rd cap of RK before that meal too...decisions decisions
