Erase question

I'm not on any ph's but say that I didnt take a serm in my pct. How many Erase caps a day would you have to take in order for it to have the same effect as a SERM ?
 
The closest thing we have over the counter would be Erase Pro as it has phyto-SERMs.


This isn't going to be like you're taking clomid and we're not claiming as such so we really can't quantify x amount of Erase into y amount of a SERM.

If you want to do an OTC PCT for a mild PH cycle I'd run:

Erase Pro
DAA
Anabeta
 
You will never achieve what a serm will, because it is not a serm. 3 caps though, should be enough.

All three are solid responses. Just to clarify;

Erase is not a SERM, it is an aromatase inhibitor and therefore due to the different pathways in which these products work no amount of Erase will equal one.

Erase Pro is the closest thing you are going to get on here.

Can I add in a phosphatyldiserine supp like cort bloc while taking erase to aid in cortisol suppression n avoid over training (especially in caloric restriction/low carb)
(currently using 4 erase a day) I don't want to lower cort too much though..

Cortisol control should be taken care of with the Erase.
