Ok today is day 3 of taking m1p. First saturday was 3 doses at one time pre workout. Monday 1 dose every three hours from 6 am - 6 pm, so far today same as yesterday. Haven't really felt any different than normal. The taste was a bit odd at first. Easy to get used to. Letting this sit under your tongue for a minute is tuff when everyone and there mother has question at the office. Lol.. I pull out the bottle shake it up and all they see is a bottle and what looks like a syringe. I say no it is not something you inject. They are like is it vitamins I say yup.

Right on, I'm bloated a bit today too, but Ive been hitting holiday treats and eggnog all week
 
Doing good bro just a little pissy latley. I usually hit gym btw 4-6 days a week, but had some kids sick, then work with treaty coming in from NATO for inspection. I don't like excuses but hell when you work 10-14 hrs a day to get those things done I have just enough time to eat and zzz lol. My shoulder started acting up and will be having an MRI done shortly.

I feel your pain. Hope the kids are feeling better. And get that darn shoulder taken care of.

Well today is day 3 of the taking the M1P. I have been taking it from 6am thru 6pm 1 dose every 4 hours. Have a little bloating going on. Not all that concerned with it yet. My expectation is to start seeing some results around week 3. So we shall see.

Tonight's workout was insane. I did not get a chance to work out on Monday due to working late and having to pick up the ole lady from the airport. So I made up for it tonight.

No I am going to be starting my cycle that I had planned out prior to being able to run this.

Oh yeah I don't expect to see much change with the exception of bloating until the end of week 2 mid week 3.

Bloating on M1P i dunno about that. BigT has been eating less than normal and hasn't experienced any sort of bloating that i know of.

has your appetite been effected...i have noticed a slight decrease!!! kinda surprised you haven't noticed increased pumps and muscle hardness...oh well, everyone reacts differently, don't be influenced by what i am noticing-just keep on repoerting what you are noticing...good luck!!!!

I haven't really noticed anything like that yet. my appetite has remained the same as of now. As far as pumps. I am starting to feel it a little. But like I have said before I don't expect anything to happen significant until the 3rd week or so. I will report any changes I notice as the days continue.

Yeah anything is possible. I haven't really eaten many sweets. Now I think I know what the bloating is from. I have noticed that I have not been drinking nearly the amount of water as normal. and my last two workouts were pretty intense volume. Everything will be back to normal come tomorrow hopefully. Things at the office has been hectic, all the last minute year end push to get jobs completed.
 
yeah man I hear ya. I just know that end of year/ new year gets bananas sometimes. Get your water intake in.

Get your shoulder fixed. I think it would be cool to be able to train with many of you guys.
 
Don't let things bog you down man, keep up the solid workouts. And only time will tell how the product treats you everyone reacts differently to different compounds.
 
Exactly. Some interesting stuff happening today however. Since I didn't take any yesterday being my off day. I took a dose this morning and I kid you not. I could swear I felt it running down into my shoulders,and arms. Each time I have dosed,today it has felt that way. Kinda like when you get that warm fuzzy feeling when you get a pain shot when in the hosp.
 
My arms are feeling thicker than normal. Maybe not so much thicker maybe harder. And I feel like I havr just worked my chest cause I have been want to flex them all day. And I never do that. Maybe just maybe it is starting to kick in. we shall see what tonights workout does. Only shoulders and cardio
