Okay so I been having a prolong injury the pass 7 months been tothe chiropractor and ultra sound, steroid shot
And this is in my shoulder MRI shows no rortator cuff tear just bruised ac joint and inflammation
Now I'm needing something to really help me get back into the fight game

I take muscle milk
Clean diet
Fish oil when I got them
Original animal pack vitamins
Creatine
Beta-alanine
And glucosamine

Any help product or workouts would be appreciated

you take alot of good product right now, what exactly are you looking for? have you tried a shoulder rehab workout to strengthen areas that are lacking after a injury. i was building a shoulder workout yesterday and learned about face pulls, scaptions, and external extensions. it sounds like you would benifit from these workouts for a month or so. you can go to youtube and type in shoulder rehab and check out some videos, its not a way exciting workout but i did some of the motions in my room with no weight and i could feel where the contraction would be. seemed to be a very effective way to help recover after surgury or injury. good luck
 
Cut all of your presses in half and build up your rotator and mid-trap/rear delt strength. No supplement will make up for internal rotation and bicep inflammation.

Have you ever seen that rotator cuff towel exercise? Feelings towards it?

Mine are bad as well and I have read good things about it but it also visually looks counter productive to me so I havent tried it

Yeah I started working more on my back cause I was reading about muscle imbalance between push and pull and I notice that has been helping . I mean somedays are pretty damn good and once I warm up I feel good it's just like at work moving shields using big ass wrenches etc
I have started with shoulder stretches more and as far as rotator cuff exercises I don't believe I have done any mention above
 
def nothing you can take to help heal faster, in fact if you take stronger supplements than you are now youll probably hurt your self more. look into the workouts posted here and build a recovery plan. figure 3 months soild to get back to comfortable i bet.
