AZ GOING HEMAVOL

Had a killer leg workout today that left me on the floor at the end. The HemaVol dosing routine was the same and I really like this format. I will probably be done with the tub this weekend. Sad to say the least. I will cycle off for awhile and bring it back. I love the pumps it gives this old horse. Here is a sample of what laid me out today: Stiff Leg Deads 265 3x12 and the last exersise was Bulgarian split squats with 115 lbs in my hands for 3x12 each leg. Almost blew chunks after this. The legs will be gimping tomorrow.
 
Like I said^^ my quads and glutes are wrecked! Could barely get off the throne yesterday. Job well done in my book.

Did chest,shoulders,triceps yesterday. Was a quick,higher volume routine. I started with decline bench: 215 3x12, went to shoulders DBs 70 3x12, and ended with EZ bar cable skull crushers 110 3x12. I also threw some laterals and rear flys in the mix. I don't know why but, the pump was insane from this workout! My upper body felt like a big balloon. Geez if I could just walk around like this all day... I'm off this weekend and I will give my final review on monday. I'm pretty jacked because the boy comes home on wednesday and I get my training partner back for a month. The kid is freaky strong(squats 405x6) and he gets my motivation going big time! He says he has been slacking lately and he needs some fire lit under his ass by the old man. I got just the flame thrower for him....heh heh
 
Higher volume training and hemavol really kicks in the pumps! That's cool you get to train with your boy! By boy I'm taking it as your son yeah?

^^^^ i love hypertrophy stuff with hemavol.....pumps are crazy, and endurance increase is deff. noticeable over a 4 week period or so :D


and if you do mean your son......props to you for being able to lift with your kid! i couldnt stand having my dad anywhere near the gym when i was there :p he would spend too much time telling me how im going to heavy and im gonna hurt myself or yelling at me to stop swearing mid set!
 
Yes it's my 20yr old home for the break. He and I have been lifting together since he was 14.
 
I get to the opportunity to work out with my all three of my boys, and thanks for help with the perspective. I can be a bit demanding some times. My oldest is fifteen, and his 1rm is 305. I guess I can learn from him.
 
One of the best things my dad ever did was start taking me to the gym! I have lots of good memories of lifting weights, staring at hotties or "scenery" as he called it and also as I got older and stronger we even had a few trips to the emergency room when he tried to lift as much as me.... Meat head!
 
I used up the last of my HemaVol today. I did the latest dosing routine again: pre-lunch and intra. This will be my dosing routine from now on when I run it again. I feel this had a loading effect thru out the day leading up to my workout. Keep your water intake up and HemaVol will not disappoint you. Every objective IForce set out to achieve with this supplement was accomplished. So in my book it rates a solid 10 across the board. The lemon drop flavor is fantastic and when I use it again I can't wait to see how the watermelon is. Thank you IForce for the opportunity to log it and for making a supplement that does just what it said it would.

lol...i just had a taste of it and i miss it.....stakedcop sent me a 3 scoop sample to try, when added to my maximize v2 it is very potent indeed.

lol-i am on trt and 3 a day got my estrogen low enough to cause joint pain...i ran it at 3/2.

really appreciated the 3 deaxaprine you sent also, top notch!!!

thanks, man-i have become a i-force fan....no doubt, some estrogen is reguired for a healthy libido!!!

just bought some dexaprine for the wife... shes lovin it so far... Im saving the free TT-33 that came with it for later in my bulk as a form of damage control if needs be....

If it werent for the effectiveness of Hemavol though, I dont know that I woulda picked up either, stuff Def sold me on the iForce line of products.
