Weightloss for women

I have a few female friends that are rather thin.. But they are determined to loose a few extra pounds. I'm simply just asking is there any supplements that can help them, rather than starving them selfs

* appetite suppression supplements are open tooooo

If its only a few like 5-10 then diet is key.
Eliminate ANY refined foods and commercial Products. Also tell them to eat ONLY when hunger sets in and not thirst or for the sake of it. Wi help them. Or they could try intermittent fasting protocol. Search around for LeanGains forum thread
:)

If they are already thin, and have his a plateau in fat loss then i would recommend something like Lean Xtreme, DCP, or simply EC stack. Any of these will work nicely as i'm assuming [since they're already thin] that they have diet and training in check.

If they are thin and STILL need to lose weight that makes me think they are what we call "skinny fat"

Meaning they lack MUSCLE MASS.....luckily for them they can do the impossible and gain muscle while getting leaner/firmer.

the RIGHT diet is KEY plus......not cardio.......YES resistance training. After those to variables have been stressed, THEN we can talk about some supps....

I definitely agree with you. I think everybody, man or woman, should do regular resistance training to an extent.

They are dancers and are muscular in there lower body's, and do also do slight upper body lifting with light weights along with pushups.

Dancers......What kind?

Supps if you must right out the gates would be tonalin CLA, green tea (egcg), glucomannan (konjac root fiber) evening primerose oil (GLA) and perhaps some 5-htp for appetite control.

Primordial Performance has cheap (but quality) CLA and Green Tea,,,,,, Vitamin shoppe for the rest of the items,...

Diet... its all about diet.

I would bet money if they just clean out the processed foods and marketed bull**** it would cut a couple off. And tell them to chill with the cardio and do some resistance training. If they give you some comment that they dont wanna be bulky and man muscle remind them they only produce 1/16 the testosterone of men.

But to answer your question: CLA, Lipotrophin PM, LeanXtreme. To curb cravings for silly stuff: TTA, hoodia, R-ALA.
