Ugh today was horrible, don't know if it was the lack of a preworkout or overtraining, but I had no drive and I couldn't do crap for legs, so I just did some hip strengthening exercises.

On a side not I woke up without an appetite :/

everyone has off days or off weeks. just follow your routine and try again next week. Also, make sure you get enough rest.

I've been getting enough rest, but bad rest, I've been waking up multiple times a night the past three days, hopefully it's an off day lol.

I have to agree, a lot of people do not sleep through the REM stage, at the REM stage your body is peaking in recovering and growing. Try melatonin, it is a natural sleep aid, price efficient and is quite beneficial.
