It took a lot out of me today to get this done, wish I would of done my leg workout yesterday when I had more energy! Damn people hogging the racks hurt me but at least I put in some work and kept on myself to finish! Will say I was sore like crazy before my dose from killing chest yesterday but it didn't seem to phase me after the 1g dose. I think more and more that the benefits mentally from this product far out weigh the effects on weight loss for my case, which is good as I'm trying to gain weight! Really enjoying this product to date.

ATG squats, leg extensions, roman deadlifts, lunges and leg press is plenty for a leg day
 
Today's workout was good! Once again I noticed that 2 pills with my coffee is the route that works for me. Back to morning workouts as my vaca from work came to an end today. Woke up and popped a few PLCAR and a few cups of coffee and was in the gym killing a back workout an hour later. Being that I did leg day yesterday I figured my dead lifts would suffer but to my surprise I actually went up a bit and popped out a few more reps. Definitely paying for it now though as I sit to type this!

I usually do 40 lb weighted ab coaster, 25 lb weighted sit ups, and leg/knee raises. Til I cant do any more!
 
Alright figured I would drop in and do a brief update, today is an off day for me due to the fact that my fiance purchased a turkey a day after thanksgiving and I stayed home today to finish cooking it as she went to work. We went to my parents house for thanksgiving so didn't have as much left overs as I like to have for the week! :-) Now I have all the protein I need for a while in the fridge! Going to dose the PLCAR 2 right now and 1-2 caps about 5 oclock. One thing I wanted to make sure to add is that this product has been helping me with the weight loss properties by allowing me to be able to consume more and more food. Don't get me wrong it's not that I have to eat all the time but something in the product is allowing me to consume more food without adding pudge. Reminds me of the feeling on cycle when I can just keep on stuffing my face, I believe me being a very active person at my work helps to contribute to this. Anybody have any feedback? Alright time for a plate of turkey, tatos, and stuffing.....
 
Amazing Shoulder/ab workout today. Woke up at 10:15 and popped my 1g dose of PLCAR had the pre-workout meal and headed out to get huge. Energy was through the roof, should probably mention shoulders is my favorite workout, little rest between sets. Work out went like this.

Abs were crushed, Shoulders were lit, Strength was crazy today. Body felt and looked full, weight was up to 170 leaving the gym up 3 lbs total!!! Alpha male feeling through the roof.
 
Just took 1.5 of the PLCAR, going to go crush biceps. I've been noticing my body is getting a little to used to the product so I'm hoping the 1.5 will do what the 1 did originally!

I feel you on that. I got three hours of sleep last night and four the previous night due to finals. Just take a day of rest to get better. I've pushed through it one too many times and it always ends up screwing me over.

I say take a day off and get back into the gym after that.

Probably will be best, will see though I have a crazy good immune system it could literally pass overnight. Will up my vitamin and vitamin c intake and see how I am in the morning. Taking too many days off kills me mentally but it may be the best thing to do, and yes this product has been very beneficial to me.
 
Yea I can deal with being sick, its missing the gym that irritates me!

Rocked an incredible chest/tri split today, wasn't that my strength was up, it was the energy, drive and endurance that was on overdrive. Woke up again today with just a bit of a cold, took the son to school and said the hell with lifting for a day. BUUUUTTTTT, popped 3 PLCAR and half hour later said let's do this sheet! By the time I was in the gym it was like someone released a lion into a gazelle breading ground! Was damn near racing to each set. Workout went like this:

Yesterday was an off day in the gym due to a xmas party for my work. Did notice that all yesterday and so far today, chest has been very sore which makes me pleased as I know I did something right on my chest workout this week. It's not typical for me to be sore after chest the next few days.

Great back day, Due to time limitations I will not be able to post the whole workout. Have to rush off to work to collect that doctor pay today(double time). Strength was slightly up, body is very tight! My abs are looking cut like crazy. I'm not used to this as I've never had cut abs. I have to say PLCAR has definitely thinned me out and put this cut to my abs. I really haven't changed my ab routine yet it seems to be doing way more as far as effectiveness. Deadlift was up 20 lbs and I love now leaving gym on back day soar as hell!

Alright, have to give yesterday's workout details as I woke up today hardly able to move! Some might say aww that's terrible but I say its the feeling I live for! Couldn't even make it to the gym today I was so sore not too mention I still have that lingering cold.

Amazing workout yesterday, and was already sore by about 2 hours after leaving the gym! Tomorrow I will go in and do shoulders, usually do legs after back but now that I'm doing deadlifts on back day I'm going to give my legs a few days in between.

glad to hear about your recovery as well,this is one thing I tend to tout the most about Plcar,esp compared to the other carnitines.

Great burn today, definition in abs are still there, body is very tight and I can tell I've lost atleast .5-1 percent body fat since start of this even though I am up a 1.5 lbs. Energy was beyond through the roof today, very happy my cold is diminishing so I could focus on heavy weight with little fatigue! Getting down to the bottom of the bottle of PLCAR, :-( very pleased with results to date. Going to post pics very soon as I feel my definition is good and would like to see if it's just me or if its real.
 
Leg day....... I should be sore and pissed right.... Wrong, pumped through it with ease even smashed abs for 20 mins at the end. This is by far my weakest body part as when I started at 140 lbs a year ago my legs looked like brittle tooth picks. In any case workout went like this:

impressive,it is def worth your hard earned money! overall,It is my favorite carnitine for sure.
 
I will definitely be spending some cash on this product in the future! Will post a final review in the next few days as I have about three days left worth.

Don't think any product would be able to defeat this though so really there weren't any cons in my eyes!

I would recommend this product for a number of uses. It is an amazing pre-workout addition for anyone who tends to get fatigued near the end of a good workout or who doesn't seem to be able to keep there interest in their work-out. Anyone who wants to lean down some and maybe tone up. Would probably be an awesome addition to anyone who is in pct for these reason's. This product didn't only benefit me in the gym though I also think the dose at night when I was at work helped me to deal with high stress situation's and high fatigue one's too. Kind of gave me that ease and boost to get through a rough day at the shop. Thank you SNS, you have me sold on this product!

Great thoughts man. The fatigue part is huge. PLCAR is a big help during stressful times.

Thanks man, loved this stuff. Will take a break from it when I finish it off in a few days but will definitely purchase some in a month, its good stuff going to include it in my pct for the recovery/mental ease benefits as we all know how pct can be!
 
Just wanted to say that I really wish I would have saved a few doses of the PLCAR! Been suffering from a pinched nerve and think it would have really made a difference these last few days :-(

It's almost completely healed up already, just get slight pain if I move the wrong way.
 
Alright so I ordered my Plcar and it should be here tomorrow, question I have that never got answered before is....Is it safe to run it during a cycle? Didn't know if it effects your BP or anything to the point where you wouldn't recommend it. Definitely need that peace of mind as this cycle has taken a beating on me.

AFAIK all the carnitines should be safe on cycle and shouldn't have any negative impact on your BP.

I sure did. I ran it last month and need to pick up some more. I liked it. It's not a BANG here I am kinda of supp, but more subtle and lasting. I liked using it when I was studying for my finals as well.
