What's going on bros .... I've been reading a lot about the ECA stack and what not. I just want to know why everyone thinks about it as a natty cutting agent ??
 
Still the best for fat loss hands down. Cheaper and more effective than all the other fat loss supps, its all I use now.
 
definitely still one of the most effective fat loss products on the market
 
google will give you all the answers. depending on what state you are from it might be easier than others.
 
I got primatene and caffeine pills right at the Walgreens here in new York.... I'm doing a 5 or 6 week cut trying to get back down to 10% bf with plenty of cardio and a strict diet.... What kind of results did u guys see with it ? I just started two days ago and my energy is thru the roof
 
@ mr.cooper69.... I actually haven't been using the aspirin in the stack because I didn't see the point whereas I definitely see the point in the ephedrine and the caffeine

If you live in CA go to your local CVS pharmacy counter and ask for Bronkaid. You should be able to buy 2-3 boxes at a time every month if you like. There's a certain amount (grams) we can purchase every month. Quick and easy with no hassle. I buy a few boxes every few months even when i'm not on EC simply because there will come a time in the near future where it's not possible to purchase without a script.

What would the appropriat proportions of Bronkaid, caffeine and asprin be?

I believe its initial inclusion was in hopes of alleviating elevated blood pressure from the EC but they're safer long term options such as Fish Oils which are also important for body composition and overall health.

The aspirin was used to keep the thermo effects longer. To much aspirin can really start to do damage to your stomach which is why people now a day leave it out. I love to stack EC with alpha-yombine (I use alpha burn) i could care less about the thermo effects. The euphoria and appetite suppression allows me to dial in a very strict diet when cutting and makes it easier. I see the thermogenic as a secondary bonus.
 
Been taking 2 pills n one 200mg caffeine n lovin it def better then clen and yes i have taken both. How long can someone run this stack for?

At 20/200 mg E/C x3 doses a day? Safely for a long time, infact it gets better with time fat loss wise. Energy will obviously fade and its impact on appetite will as well but its impact on fat loss improves with time(theoretically).
 
I got my stack last night. Gonna run 25 E and 200 C, sans the A twice a day to start and see what happens. Chick at that pharmacy gave me a look like I was nuts when I asked for the Bronkaid. Are there any supplements that should be avoided while on this protocol?
