I know the home made ones are nice...
I'm mainly looking to keep one at work with a shaker and water to use... Some days I work 12 hours or odd hours....
So you guys seem to like Up Your Mass....
What's your thoughts on Real Gains?
Edit: Just read Up Your Mass Profile...

Any1 care to post up some recepies as well for use in the future?
mr.cooper69 said:The simplest recipe that I use if I absolutely have no time is:
Whole Milk
Oats
Banana
Protein Powder (xf ultra peptide vanilla makes it taste like a banana milkshake, but anything will do)
Peanut Butter
Blend.
And if u do have time?
mr.cooper69 said:I eat food. I almost never consume shakes man. You can ALWAYS hit your calorie needs through food, you just have to up the caloric density.
Peanut Butter...
It's hard working 12 hours and dealing with people... Can exactly be shoveling something into my mouth and trying to sell....
mr.cooper69 said:Believe me I know. I sometimes have my first meal at 9 PM at night. Just hit your overall calorie/macronutrient targets.

mr.cooper69 said:The best gainers are those that you make yourself. If you want a recipe, let me know. If you want a dedicated product, I like Up Your Mass.
mr.cooper69 said:I toyed around with a diet called "Eat. Stop. Eat." well before leangains became popular. You literally fasted for a 24 hour period once per week, and then ate a normal diet the rest of the week, and still lost weight. It worked. And by putting the fasting day strategically on a non-training day with no training the following day either, I maintained a ton of strength.
Coop also with this what's the idea of a normal diet? & 24 hours with out food?
What's the homemade gainer recipe.
mr.cooper69 said:LOL, what I meant was no food for 24 hours, and eating at maintenance all other days. I never felt hungry which made cutting far easier, psychologically.
I have tons of homemade gainer recipes. I posted an idea on the previous page, but an old favorite is:
2 cups whole milk
2 Scoops Ultra Peptide 2.0 Strawberry
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Large Banana
1 cup oats
Ice
All blended. Make sure your blender is large. And have a big cup ready. It becomes a Peanut Butter Strawberry Banana Cream Smoothie.
Thx.
Yeah no food for 24 hours seems rough.
Anyhow that's what you meant by eating at 9pm sometimes because that was the end of your 24hour fast so to speak?
Do you remember what your weight loss goals were and how many weeks it took to achieve using that diet?
mr.cooper69 said:No, I only did that program for like a month haha. The 9 PM thing was just because when I get busy I forget to eat.
I typically cut for 8-12 weeks...anything longer and muscle loss becomes an issue.
