Lukehayd rides the bull again with Taurus' M1P (SPONSORED)

Looking in the mirror last night had me surprised - pleasantly! While I have upped my caloric intake to around 3500-3750/day, I am seeing more definition all around. I "feel" heavier but I'm looking leaner. Gonna have to borrow my parents' heavy steel scales and check that out! I didn't used to like the vascular look but the more I see it on me, the more I like it! Lol!
 
What's the estimation for the upper limits one could or should run this compound in regards to time? 4 weeks? 6? 8?

Muscle fullness has been great today! Just been having that "big" feeling all day so far! Feels freakin sweet! Definitely causing some Alpha-male attitude!

I agree with Ty that if the harsh compounds can be run (by experienced users) for 8 weeks, then this could too. So far I like the way this feels better than the 5aOHP! I think I'm in for some fun!

Is M1P a knock-off of LG's Methyl 1P? I have heard that the formulator is the same.

Although you have described accurately the only possible way progestins may reduce the androgenic ration, in fact progestins reduce estrogen receptor density so there is no need to worry about gyno from them. I've explained this numerous times...

Additionally, I am not worried that this is a substrate for 5aR in any major capacity since M1P seems to be very much an isolated hormone which is very cool. That would be similar to saying that 6-OXO causes reduced androgenicity since it reduces to 6-OXO-androstanedione which has never been an issue.

So, don't worry about it.

I wondered about that sense with the 5aOHP it was said that no AI was needed with the progestins used. This being a different compound, I wasn't sure. Thank you for clearing that up!

October 27,2011 Day 8 M1P

This was not my scheduled day to hit the legs/abs but I was the only one lifting last night so no heavy bench work. This worked out sense I missed my legs/abs on Saturday. Hopefully Saturday night, I am not the only one. If so, I may have to go in the house and see if my preacher would be able to come out and spot me. It has been a while sense I have seen him out there so it probably wouldn't be that hard to get him to spot me. Alright, on to the routine.

The shin curls were my attempt to hit the shins to balance out things a little bit. I haven't seen these done before but I am sure that there is a machine or gadget that does the same thing. I was putting a DB on my foot just behind my toes and curling it with my foot. This took some getting used to as to where to balance the db on my foot so it wouldn't fall off. I rested my heel on a piece of plywood on top of the rubber mat (equally about 1 1/2 inches) to get more range of motion. The 20 lb db made my shins scream at me!

I was getting ready for bed last night and I got the "DANG" from my wife. This was when I took my shirt off in front of her. She said, "Wow, babe you're getting big!" Of course, then I had to show off a little bit with some flexing and some pec dancing. LOL! I am not getting bigger weight wise though. While I am gaining slight size in muscles, bf% is going down. This on almost a 4Kcal diet! Strength isn't going down either. Someone who is after a great recomp or cut should really give this a shot. I have increased my cals/day and still losing bf!
 
October 29, 2011 Day 10 M1P

Once again, I had to have an abbreviated workout due to my wife needing help at home with some stuff. It was really aggravating to get the call 5 minutes after I got there but it did give me a little added aggression for the lifts. I was also the only one lifting again and was not able to obtain a spotter so I could go heavy on the bench. I have a four post rack with safety bars so I just moved those up and locked them in and went up to 85% of my 1RM.

Short and sweet routine but I put it all together as one big monster set moving from one to the next with only enough break to change weights or take a drink. This took me all of 30 minutes to complete. It was shorter than normal but way faster too. I usually spot for others and have to wait to do lifts when it gets crowded in there.

I'm not noticing any negative sides from the M1P other than energy is starting to decrease slightly. Not a lot but I do notice that I am longing for the bed a little bit. Muscles still have the hard full feeling all day which I am starting to get used to so I don't notice it so much. Still having high urination also. Looking in the mirror I am still losing BF all while on a caloric surplus.
 
There are plenty of threads of people who have had gyno issues with 19-nors. Myself included. This is a quote from AR I beleive.

"As a 19-nor this compound has decent progestational effects which may lead to gyno symptoms, Invalid Link Removed and aggressive mood swings. Part of the reason gyno may be a problem with this compound is also because it lacks androgenic potency and down-regulates DHT levels during cycle, which is the body’s natural estrogen blocker.
Dienedione does not convert to estrogen, although it can still lead to the side-effects mentioned above. Because this compound is not 17aa liver toxicity is not really a concern. However some users have reported elevated liver enzyme values during cycle, although this could be related to other factors."

An AI is cheap insurance.
 
Absolutely, 19Nor products should be taken with an AI. This however isn't a 19Nor product. 19Nor compounds lower DHT levels for DHN. Nothing really similar in this compound.

However I don't think that is true of ALL 19Nor compounds not really a lot of reports of gyno from Trenbolone or the "Tren" estra-4,9 products. Just the 19Nor andro's and Deca.
 
No lifting last night. At work I sanded with our 8" sanders all day and it made my tendonitis in my left elbow flare up a bit. I have learned to let it be for a couple days and not push it or it gets worse. So, last night I iced it a little and played with my daughter. Thursday I should be back strong because I finished sanding this morning and now it is just a lot of staining to do. Nothing stressful for my elbow so it should settle down and act right. I will continue to ice and rub some emu oil on it. Just got some Super Cissus and that always helps greatly so here's hoping!
 
Tren products are generally classified as 19-Nor products. I stated at the beginning I'm really don't know what is in M1P. It would be nice to know. I can't find any information on your website.

THere is no information because it is being beta tested.
 
Tren and the 4,9 are both "Nor" products but they don't fit the mold of the DHT lowering since they don't seem to 5a reduce to a large extent.
 
Elbow is feeling back to normal so I'm looking forward to hitting it hard tonight lifting!

Had to increase water intake to 2 gallons a day. The normal 1 1/2 wasn't enough while on M1P. I was starting to get alittle backed-up. This could also be due to higher amounts of food or a combination of that and the drying effects of M1P.

No other changes except an increased appetite. If I don't eat at my normal time, my stomach starts to complain! Lol! Of course that is normal for me any time that I increase my intake.

I know my last routine was chest/shoulders but I try to keep my nephew on a set routine schedule (he's 15 and needs the structure!!) and he does a lot of the same lifts as me. This way I can help him out and we can get in a rhythm -sometimes. I started out feeling weak unfocused which annoyed the crap out of me. I was able to zone in after I got done with my flat bench and start to kick it in gear. I guess now that I really think about it, my aggression has been getting higher.

I started my pulldowns on one machine and after the second set had to finish on another. The cable broke and I cracked myself in the back of the head with the bar. The aggression level got pretty high at that point! Lol! Didn't hurt too much but it did get the adrenaline flowing which made getting the sets done faster and easier!

Tonight was a good night! I set two new PRs! One in squats and the other in dead lifts. I haven't done deads for a while and my nephew was asking about them so I thought "what the heck!" and did some. I don't like to do squats and deads on the same night because it puts too much strain on my back but I did tonight and am paying for it now!

My grandma made me a big fleece rice bag (hot pack) a few years back and boy did that feel good last night! Throw it in the microwave for a couple minutes and you've got yourself a great heating pad. This morning I was still fairly sore so before I ate, I got on my inversion table for a while. I love that thing too! Still sore but not nearly as much. The heat before and the inversion table's stretching is an awesome combination for back stiffness!
 
Thanks. It's just a case of me not using my head and going against my better judgment. Of course, I DID get a new max of 60lbs more!

Back was still a little sore today but not bad by any means! It feels way better than it did Saturday night/Sunday morning. Now it is just slight muscle soreness but not as bad as some DOMS I've had in the past.
 
I don't do deads as much as I used to because I cannot afford to be sore, 19 month old boy and playing hockey on the floor with him is enough back strain for me....
 
My daughter is also 19 months old. She doesn't care if daddy is sore or not, she wants to play! Sometimes I get another workout after I come home from lifting! Ok, not sometimes, most of the time! Wouldn't trade it either!!!

This was a really good night for me to lift! I didn't hit any new PRs or anything but I just felt super pumped! About 10 minutes into the routine, my back and arms just blew up! The pump was raging and I loved it! When I get a pump like that, I just want to go hard and fast! Muscles were really starting to burn by the end of this routine and if I didn't have to get my nephews home, I probably would have done some more. I really didn't want to stop because it was just clicking for me and it felt great!

I have noticed a slight bit of shrinkage of the testicles. Libido is also down a little bit. Not much on either one but it is noticeable to me. Vascularity was great last night!
 
I have been having a lot of stomach acid flare-ups this week. It seems to get worse after a dose of M1P. This is dosing after I eat and not before. I tried dosing before and that was worse. It's nothing that a few Tums doesn't take care of but it kinda sucks having to have a bottle with me all the time.
 
Tren type products can also affect you ability to perform sexually (Deca dick) and also reduce libido. Have you noticed any of these issues? Have you noticed any "back pumps"?

No problems what so ever in the performance department. I'm just not the horn-dog I usually am. I still like to pester my wife when she bends over at the dishwasher, washer, dryer,etc. but that's more of me being ornery than sexual.

With the "back pumps", I assume you mean the pump from lifting? Not really in the back muscles unless I just got done working them but that's about it for the back. I have all day pumps on arms and chest though.

This was a short routine but I really got burned doing it! My chest is still feeling it today! On my dips, I was focusing on not coming straight up but rather up and away at an angle to where my hands were behind me at the top. Really works the stabilizer muscles good that way! On the bench, I did the 290 rather easily without straining at all so I went for 300. Unfortunately my elbow (tendonitus) decided it was gonna go weak on me. That sucked!!! I thought for sure I was finally gonna make it into the 300's! Still felt strong so I tried my best to kill it on the last sets.
 
I should get a session in Saturday night but next week, work has me on the road putting up a house. Probably won't be back till Friday night late. Who knows if my phone will have signal so I might not be able to post too much.

I spent all day bucking bales of hay so I'm not gonna lift tonight. I think picking up, throwing, carrying and lifting over head 60-70 lb bales all day is a good enough workout. Didn't have any problems with strength or endurance but all the dust sure made me puff like a locomotive quite often. Gives me some time to spend with family before I go on the road.
 
Luke, at this point whats your comparisons between this and M4OHP?

With the M1P, my muscles feel harder, strength improvements are better and the leaning effects seem to be stronger than the 5aOHP. I am noticing a few minor sides with M1P (as have been stated in previous posts) that I didn't notice with the 5aOHP. I think this could be avoided if run with other supplements such as a test booster and a cycle support.
