I always thought VPX was expensive but they put out some quality products. However I'm surprized the released a liquid creatine. I always thought liquid creatine products were worthless because of the breakdown to creatinine. Seriously I thought they had some brains over there.

Creatine is far more stable (and viable) in liquid than the broscience....or even the supplement industry would have you believe. I had some studies bookmarked on my old computer, I'll see if I can find them again.

Sonicswole is correct, but only to a degree. Leave creatine water for a few days and you're fine. Live creatine in water for months and we have issues.

Lol, I didn't say anything about months. But for the most part we are eye to eye here (amazing, huh). Personally, I like to use any solution I made within a day. IIRC the viability was up to a few weeks and maybe a month, certainly not months though, which would be an issue with distributors. I've seen advertisements and articles (paid, I'm sure) that state complete break down after 10 minutes even! Sheesh.

Yup you're totally right, I was just speaking to the product itself, for which we never know how long its been in solution. Why buy a liquid creatine when you can get a powder, too
