LEGS day... Alpha Mass/4-AD RD/ Transderm..
JESUS!!!!!!! now granted i don't every go heavy on leg/quads/hamm/calf day, i superset non stop til failure..i felt awesome today..strength was solid..no fatigue.. love the increase 4/4/4 dose. So, are the results working? how about this, during my seated legs press (4, 45lbs plates) i like to pause 5 secs on the top for max results... as i got off the machine..dude comes up "jesus mary mother bro..i have never seen that many veins/vasularity pop out on somebody calves"

This week starts 5th week Alpha Mass/RS Transderm stack..sorry fellas, been one busy bitch past couple weeks..but GAINS are solid IMO

what ancillary stuff are you taking along with this, and is Arom-X the only this you have going for PCT?

Also, since you ar doing 4/4/4 for 6 weeks now, would you ramp up to that or go straight ino that dosing knowing what you know now of it with Transderm and 4-ad?

I am also running 4-AD RD to combat lethargy and libido crash...and i switch up pre workouts with Pump Fixx and N.O. XHAUST (PF is non creatine base) and Body Mortar carb version. Well i ramp up to it when i hit 4/4/4 dose from 3/3 dosing. But your correct, knowing what i know now, i would go 4/4/4 dosing for a 4 or 6 week cycle. And yes Arom-X will be my only PCT...does that help :)

Well now you can run it higher next time eh? But you also have to keep in mind that if you ran the increased dosage the whole cycle your gains would eventually diminish. I like the idea of starting low and bumping up since you were already seeing solid gains at a standard dose. Know what I mean?

I love Pump Fixx I like the fact it is like a soda and not just foamy. To tell you the truth I make some when I am taking it and put some relly cold water with it on my off days when I want a soda but don't want all the crap in a soda.

my cycle went like this. 3/3 for 3 weeks..4 week 3/3/3 ...5 and 6 week 4/4/4

yes pump fixx orange is great..and i make mine night before so nice and cold..YUMMY>...but i also stack it with 4 Hypertrop-X

Not yet going throught divorce so money is tight for the next few weeks/month. Just trying to get things straight as I am planning to compete in my first powerlifting comp. in January. I am lokking forward to it since they will let me compete in the regular classes not only in the physically impared like I tought they would. Getting bigger is a must but need to be stronger to not just bigger looking like some things do.

I have a question on Alpha Mass. I just got done running a 4 week cycle at 6/day. I put on 5 pounds in about 2 weeks and I started to notice a difference in pumps and muscle density at week two. However, once week three hit, things subsided and the gains stopped, it's like I plateaued after two weeks. Should I have started 4/6/6/8 for a 4 week cycle instead of 6/6/6/6?

I agree! Just as my gains started to hit a plateau at the 4 week point....BAM! Double dose at 4/4/4. That's an ass kickin infusion of Alpha Mass every 8 hrs, 24 hrs a day! Hey, this ride just picked up speed! Now we're havin some fun! Banged out three sets decline DB press with the 110's yesterday! That's up from 95's the week before. Killin it! Weight is up to 203 lbs. from 192 in 5 weeks.

Sup gang..sorry for delay tomorrow marks 5 weeks Alpha Mass/4-AD RD and some Transderm..today was bis/tris... WOW..i went nuts and was never tired..but arms jacked big time..mind you i took no pre workout today to test myself... I did take a pic, but screwed up ..i was to wired to take a pic..but, im still holding at 186lb..but size is great considering my age..plus i hate taking pics being so pasty white :) I like the idea of 6 week cycle and working my way up to 4/4/4 dosing... AGAIN.i see no sides of water, lethargy or libido crash. I think WE HAVE A WINNER in our Alpha Mass products...wait til you see our new Myostatin coming out soon :)

I just want to be sure I'm understanding this right. Are you saying you dosed it 3 morning, 3 lunch, 3 dinner for a total of 9 per day at week 4? I should have gotten two bottles if I was going to dose it like this :D

Thats correct... week 5-6 are now 4/4/4 dosing..well see how your doing with dosing at first..if you want to run 2 extra weeks..let me know..i can hook you up good price on AM

I just started my PCT of Bioforge V3, TF2, and IGF-2 by appnut. so it'll be awhile before I run this again, but I'll still take you up on a good offer :D

From what I've seen that is fine and actually recommended, 6 caps per day on the bottle. Everyone was reporting gains from this.

Everybody reacts different. My gains stopped at the end of week 2 at 6 caps per day which made me believe I should have ordered 2 bottles to up dosage after 2 weeks.

What did your diet look like? With new muscle/weight comes new caloric demand. On my current cycle I went from 4000 calories at the start to 5000 in gradual bumps simply to keep feeding my new mass.

What did your diet look like? With new muscle/weight comes new caloric demand. On my current cycle I went from 4000 calories at the start to 5000 in gradual bumps simply to keep feeding my new mass.

I slowly started to bump up calories when needed, but I cycle them to stay on more of a lean gain approach. When I take a day off from weights, I bump the calories down. I'm probably around low-mid 3000 calories on training days and around 2300 on non training days. If I'm not careful in how I cycle calories, I'll start putting on more adipose tissue than I need.
 
Reading an article about a scrotal patch (TRT).
"Due to the high level of the steroid 5-alpha-reductase enzyme in scrotal skin, supraphysiological plasma DHT levels are produced with the scrotal patch. Reliability of delivery of testosterone via the scrotal patch is fair to poor."


Another article about transdermal testosterone treatments:
"Scrotal skin gives forty times the absorption achieved by application of testosterone creams to the forearm, shoulders, abdomen or chest."


I think the first one was only divulging in the effectiveness of a patch. According to other articles though it seems the scrotum would be an ideal place for Transaderm application, assuming you can handle the feeling Invalid Link Removed

Ok gang..i was off yesterday trying to catch up on things before my trip to Boston for New England show with my brother...but had killer shoulder/traps workout.... I'm current weight is 188lbs...LEAN gang.... still with Alpha Mass/4-AD/RS Transderm..NO SIDES!!!!!! like our new Alpha Mass product..great gains...lean mass..vascular..strength..body temp..ENOUGH SAID!!! I'm done to my last few days of cycle..then its PCT time Arom-X.

Basically I'm thinking of two bottles, just been reading on the best way to dose this stuff for 6 weeks.

12 caps a day seems extreme.

I can tell you..there awesome results..never got passed 186lb..but stayed lean and added some good mass.. now time to PCT to prep in 6 weeks for my next cycle :)
