M14add to dieselbolan V2 bridge

Started today. Going to be a 7 week cycle. I had some requests for a log so I thought I'd get one started. Going for all out size while trying to minimize fat gain. I was going to compress it down to a 6 weeker...but i didn't want to rush it and compress it into that time frame. I figured one extra week wouldn't be too bad.

M14add 120/120/120/120
Diesel 0/0/0/3/3/3/3

Preloaded:
Transaderm for one week; will run entire cycle
Cycle Support for one week; will run till out then switch to organ shield and liver juice
Toco-8 for one week; will run entire cycle and through PCT

Daily Supps:
Core Flex
Core PWO
4g Omega 3's
Multi
BCAAs on training days
AX SuperSize on training days
GHenerate
I-GH-1

Diet:
I don't really count macros. I'll be eating high amounts of protein with carbs centered in my pre and post workout meals
Currently, my meal structure is as follows:

meal 1 6am: pro/fat
meal 2 9am: pro/carb
meal 3 12pm: pro/fat and two pieces of fruit
meal 4 2:30pm: pro/carb
meal 5 6:30pm: pro/carb
meal 6 9:00pm: pro/fat
Bed around 10pm

I follow this mon-fri with the same foods and the same time each day. The only meal that might ever differ is meals 5 & 6. On the weekends it's game on and I eat whatever I feel like eating.

Training:
To be honest, I'm not sure how I want to set it up yet lol. Right now i've been doing a 4 day split. I might make it a 5 day split and rotate it over 4 days. I might bump the training up to 5 days if i can find the time. Cardio will be done frequently in order to keep fat gains at a minimum. I will probably do 4-5 days of cardio. I know that sounds crazy. But I get fat crazy fast. If the cardio stops....my waistline will explode. I don't mind the cardio either. I typically will weight train for an hour and then do 20-30 mins of cardio via incline treadmill, stair stepper, elliptical, etc.

I believe in heavy weight and volume so I will be trying to push that as much as possible but in a matter so that I don't hurt myself. I will progress each week and not make stupid jumps in weight just because I can feel like I can do so.

PCT:
Clomid
Activate Extreme for 8 weeks
Core Test for 8 weeks
Anabeta for 8 weeks

On hand:
Erase, Novadex XT, and Formastanozol just in case
 
I'm in bro and first to sub! I will be very interested in your progress for sure since I'm doing diesel/EPI bridge with Transaderm starting in 3 weeks and then my next cycle late winter/ early spring will be m1,4add and pmag bridge. Kill that sh1t and get swoll bro!

Yeah man I'll be getting the creatine from my preworkout. I also use dicreatine malate post workout. I'll probably get some at the store I work at on the side....I get my supplements at cost and we sell everything to the public at wholesale.

Triangle Pushdowns: L10, L11, L12, L13, L14 all for 8 each

Low Cable Crossovers: L4x8, L5x8, L6x8, L7x6 drop to L4x8

20 mins incline treadmill

Spent little time resting between sets...i was soaked before even hitting cardio

I tried taking doing a mobile upload from my phone of what my meal 2 looks like...and it failed. Got some error on the AM app. No biggie. I'll try tomorrow.

I also went disc golfing a few times this weekend. Definitely some good additional exercise.
 
I'm actually thinking about doing the inverse of this cycle....

maybe it'd be smarter to do m14 to diesel? thoughts anyone? I can also just stay the course

thinking that m14 would be wetter than diesel...would expect the DMZ in diesel to help dry me up....

Im not sure which way would be better. The m1,4add is definetely wet but so is the M-LMG in the diesel. Probably would be a little better starting with the m1. Didn't you start already?

I'm only 4 days in at this point...would just make the diesel portion a little shorter if i switched
 
if it were me Id be on the AI with it. The GH supps will control any prolactin but the gains will probably be wetter the a waterfall.

Yeah i appreciate the concern there. I've never been prone to gyno. So if it starts to pop up i'll start hitting the AI. I've ran x-tren at 120mg or so and I had zero prolactin protection and was fine there.

Still debating if I should switch....I'm totally fine either way....i just want to make the smarter decision. I'll let ya'll know by the end of the day.

Alright. I know i'm only 4 days in. I'm going to cease the diesel immediately (only take one cap today). I've switched it in my original post.

When I get home from work, i'll take some m14. Hmmmm 120mg preworkout??? :sgrin:
 
Gotta say I love m14. Reminds me of Epi. I could feel it less than 30mins after ingesting. Felt awesome.

Workout was okay considering i got about 4-5 hours of sleep last night....

Superset:
BB Squats: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8, 315x6, 315x5
Pullups: x10, x10, x10, x10, x10

Did some random weight ab and forearm work

Front Squat: 95x8, 135x8, 185x8, 225x8

Leg Extensions: 210, 225, 240, 255, 255 all for sets of 8

Lying Leg Curl: 100, 110, 120, 130, 140 all for sets of 8

Lift time: 1 hour

Cardio: 15min on bike

I usually don't do cardio on leg day but had the time. Want to try to flush some lactic acid out of my legs. Also, didn't feel to strong today. Was feeling pretty tired. Work was rough and not having any sleep didn't help. I still pushed through. The M14, 2 scoops of Wyked, and 1 scoop of N2KTS really pulled me through.

I'll start posting pics of what my usual meals look like when my new phone gets here. My old one has just been acting up so it's not even worth it i'll just wait.

I'll try to get some progress pics too. I've been trying to get my girl to take pics but she's been working crazy hours; hopefully it'll happen this weekend. I'm by no means lean. Probably 15-20% bf. Never seen my abs. My girl doesn't care too much I tell her I do **** and she's cool and supportive. But I was a fat kid from ages 8-18 and I feel like that really kicked me off towards being endomorphic. I'm talking like around 300lbs. Although that's not the case anymore....I'm just trying to add more mass to my frame in hopes of getting leaner in the future. Muscle is an awesome natural fat burner...

I weight myself yesterday...I was at 217. I'll weigh myself on tuesday mornings. I feel like that'll be a better indication of what my weight will actually be like after I lose some water from eating bull$hit on the weekend. Granted it isn't all BS, it just really all depends on my schedule and what i'm doing.

So anyways, Nov 1st I'll start the diesel again @ 3/day. I'll just run the m14 until it's gone. I've got enough for 40days at 120. No sense in leaving 10 days worth left in the bottle....or i might up the dose for a few days and take it to 150. We'll see.

Man that m14 kept me up until around 2:30...so tired. Was planning on lifting tonight...but now i'm not sure. Girl is off today and she's been working crazy hours. Might just take tonight off and lift tomorrow and saturday.

Glad to have you along man. Luckily a 6 pack isn't a deal breaker for the ladies. As long as you look relatively big or in shape you are g2g. Have fun with epi :)

Also, I'm married lol. And the wifey wants me to be "happY". She said I can order any "powders" I want as long as it's within my budget lol. I just tell her that these powders are suspended in water/pills haha.

So I wasn't going to go to the gym yesterday..but i ran into my girl after work (she met me) and she told me she was going to go pamper herself (mani/pedi, etc). So I said f!ck it and went to the gym.

BB Shoulder Smith Press: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x6, 315x1 drop 225x8

DB Shrug: 110, 110, 120, 120, 130 all for 10 reps each

Reverse Pec: 135, 150, 165, 180, 195 all for 8 reps each

Superset:
BB Shrug: 135, 225, 275, 315 for 10 reps each
45lb plate raise: 4 sets of 8

15min of cardio

Didn't do too much cardio; i was so f!cking tired and felt awful. I got a solid 9 hours of sleep last night.

SLDL - (haven't done these in prob close to a year)

Seated Leg Curl - 110, 115, 120, 125, 130 all for 8 reps


Nothing new to report as of yet. Felt pretty strong on leg press today but didn't want to push it. I also noticed that i was starving in the middle of my workout. Gonna have to up the preworkout cals. Weighing in tomorrow morning. Phone is in so i can start taking pics of meals and some progress photos that i may or may not post. If anything just for myself to judge progress.

So today is day 10 and was a complete off day. Took a night off to relax and eat an chill with my girl. Good times.

AM app is fixed so meal pics will commence as long as I remember.

Will have her take some progress pics tonight.
 
Here's what meal two usually looks like. 1 cup oats with cinnamon and Splenda, that smaller container full of asparagus, and a can of tuna with another fish of my choice (usually tuna steak or tilapia).

Meal Three. Two large chicken breasts, raw broccoli, apple, orange, raw almonds. Usually save some of the broccoli and orange for about an hour later.

Haha i know. I work at a supplement shop and we were clearing out expired product for 50% off. A case was like 43 bucks...and with the discount I got a case for 21. Kinda hard to pass up and it's convenient for me to take to work. And it's easily digestible....I don't want to be feeling bloated when I get to the gym.

So anyways decided to hit chest tonight...here's how my lift went....

Day 10

Triset:
Decline BB: 225x8, 250x8, 275x8, 315x5 drop 225x5
Pullups: BW x10 for 5 sets
Calf work: where ever I could get it in after pullups....everyone seemed to be hitting calves

Rope Pulldowns: L8, L9, L10, L11 all for 8 reps, L12x6 drop to L7x8
(I threw in some neutral grip pull ups here and there and tried changing from neutral to regular mid set....that was a b!tch)

HS Flat Press: 1pps x8, 1pps +25 x8, 2pps x8, 2pps x8, 2pps x6 drop 1pps x8

Superset: BW Dips and Pushups till fail

25 min cardio with 5 minute cool down
 
That's some mean tri setting super set action! Plus the weights are high tier lol

RTDs are good when I was visiting home. Expensive but I was going out everyday and night. Getting the protein was really hard.

subd... I know plenty of info is out on M14 but i think ill use your log as a gauge as to how effective (read is it still legit) it is.

Good luck man, on paper this cycle looks sick.... although a lil liver heavy....
