Hey everyone, Going to use this to log my 6 week h drol cycle. I will be starting on october 24th. starting one week prior to that I will be preloading hawthorn berry and milk thistle. I will run the cycle 50/75/75/75/75/75 and use MT and HB during the cycle and pct. So far for pct I have nolva 20/20/10/10 and activate xtreme 4 caps per day and I may add DAA as well. I am going to start by logging my whole week of lifts the week prior to the cycle so everyone can see where I am at pre cycle. I hope to gain 10 lbs and have some consistent strength gains. I use a bulk version of "xtend" throughout my workouts. Basically I buy the bulk products such as bcaa, glutamine, b6, and citrulline malate and just use a food scale to dose them every workout. I usually use a pre workout but will probably get rid of that for during the cycle. Might use it for the first week of the cycle just because I do not think the h drol will kick in that fast. Today I am going to do a chest workout so I shall post back with that workout in a few hours. Suggestions and comments are appreciated through this cycle I want to make it a successful one.
