9/27/11 - quads, hams, calves - ALPHA MASS DAY 11

BB Squats - 325x8(+10lbs), 275x13(+10lbs and 1 rep), 235x13(+10lbs and 1 rep)

Leg Press - 790x8(+20lbs), 700x9(+20lbs), 690x6(+90lbs)

Leg Extensions - 185x11(+10lbs), 150x11(+1 rep), 130x12(+2 reps)

Lying Leg Curls - 150x9(+1 rep), 120x10, 100x10

Smythe Calf Raises - 285x15(+15lbs), 255x15(+25lbs), 200x15(+20lbs)

Another great session, strength is up across the board as usual, I was beat after squats and sweating like crazy. After leg presses it looked like I just jumped into a poll then jumped out lol. Trained nice and heavy, intensity was high, vascularity in my arms while doing leg extensions was sick even though I didn't train arms what so ever.

So I have also decided to try 4-ad RD while taking Alpha Mass.. shipped overnight.. I will be on it as well for the remainder of my 20 day cycle... will I receive any additional/added benefits from the 4-ad while stacking it together with Alpha Mass?
 
should help with libido, lethargy, and more gainz breh!

So, since i will have 20 days with the 4-ad RD should i dose 3 times per day or stick to the label and just do twice per day?
 
I would start with the three doses , I would probably take it with your Alpha Mass Doses as well. Just my opinion. Maybe Royd can give some more insight or someone liek Big Rigg on what his protocol is.

Depends how many time a day your doing AM..I'm doing 6per day or twice a day stacked with 4-AD.. don't forget a PCT

I'm almost getting tired of saying this lol, but this was an awesome workout. Great vascularity in my arms and calves, great pump, intensity was high, great energy, and I just overall felt good(as always). My weight has gone up to 190.5lbs as well, so that's a 2.5lb increase in the last 6 days and a 3.5lb increase total since I started the AM. Almost an averge of 2lbs per week, not too shabby for a legal prohormone that doesn't cost over $100 ;) I am really noticing the fullness now, more so than before. My muscles look more round and I overall look bigger, but with no extra water retention. Lean gains baby!

Overkill is the only way to to do it brotha ;)

9/30/11 - delts,back,cardio

Hammer Strength Military Press - 170x9(+10lbs and 1 rep), 150x8(+20lbs), 130x8(+20lbs) - New exercise, haven't done this in about a month. Gains are going by last months numbers. Nice increases for sure.

Cable Side Lateral Raises - 40x8, 30x10, 30x10, 30x10 - new exercise, and the particular cable station at the gym we went to today, measuers in resistance, not actualy pounds. So it's 40lbs of resistance, not just 40lbs of dead weight. In short, it's a bit heavier than usual.

Rack Deads - 405x7(+1 rep), 375x10(+5 reps), 335x14(+10lbs and 2 reps) - These number are stellar considering I didn't use lifting straps on any set. I used straps last time and they were literally cutting off circulation, so i got pissed off and threw em on the ground and went bare hands. Bad part is, I never picked them back up and put them in my bag lol, so I lost em. Oh well, gives me an excuse to get some versa grips when I get the extra cash.

Bent Over BB Rows - 275x9(+10lbs), 245x12(+15lbs), 225x12(+10lbs)

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 10(+1 rep),4,4 - only rested 10sec between sets with these to save time, as the gym closes at 8pm on fridays, gay I know!

Planned on doing upright BB rows as well, but again, had to cut time and i wasn't about to skip cardio.

15min Treadmill at 3.8 mph

Awesome workout, great mind/muscle connection on all exercises, nice slow and controlled movements and squeeze. ALPHA MASS is THE KING of legal, safer PH's IMO. The hormone shield is an awesome idea, and even though I haven't tried(nor will i) the "other guys" similar OVERPRICED product WITHOUT the hormone shield, I just KNOW that ALPHA MASS is so much better.

Felt AWESOME this workout! Something is definitely happening for sure. I'm up 6lbs, bf% is the same, my muscles are more full and have a more round look to them, i look thicker and just overall bigger, and strength continues to go up every single time I train. I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE to go out and get some ALPHA MASS!!!! You simply cannot beat the price, and it's easily the best legal PH on the market. Back when SD was legal, even then, I would've preferred this over SD. I feel healthy, good, libido is fine, no lethargy, just pire muscle and strength gains! Sure people claim they gained 15lbs in a month on SD or other PH's, but the more you gain in a short period of time, the more you will lose post cycle. Slow and steady gains is where it's at. This is the perfect PH IMO.

This was probably the hardest leg workout i've ever had lol. I usually just do 3 sets of each exercise and the typical 3 exercises per body part, but lately i've been thinking and the more I kill myself in the gym, the more i'll grow. I only train each body part once per week, and with my current diet and supplementation, i'm definitely not worried of over training. I've kicked it up to 4 and 5 drop sets on a lot of exercises to induce more growth. So far, it's working because i'm up 6lbs and even the last time I used SD back when it was legal, I only gained 5lbs in a month and that was at 30mg/day and I felt like crap. I'm a firm believer in PROPER diet and pushing yourself as hard as you physically can EVERY time you go in the gym. Do this, and add a few supps here and there, and you will make great gains. It's so easy to say "ok, i got 8 reps last time, i'll get 9 this time." Then you hit that 9th rep and stop because you beat your log book, even though you could have possibly got a 10th or 11th if you would've tortured yourself a little more. PURE MUSCLE ANNIHILATION is my new training routine :) Slow, controlled reps with proper form and heavy weight, all drop sets with no rest between sets, other than the time it takes to change the weight.

Haha, nice! I like that and it fits me perfectly. I placed 2nd at my last show, so I WILL WIN my next one and I WILL qualify for nationals! I got so excited because my name was the first called in the first call outs, and 9 times out of 10, that means you won. Well at this show, it was that 1 time out of the 10 that it doesn't necessarily mean you won, cuz I got 2nd. You have no idea how disappointing that feels. 2nd isn't bad by any means considering there were 18 other competitors and the middlweight division is THE most competitive, but it's still 2nd place. Someone beat me. WELL NOT THIS TIME MY FRIENDS!!! lol. I will come in absolutely PEELED to the bone, fuller, considerably bigger, and with more experience than last time. I will be logging my prep too, but that's not for a little while yet ;) Right now i'm concentrating on getting huge while staying fairly lean.

I started alpha mass last Monday and I wish my libido didn't die lol. I actually started experiencing pain in the balls until I introduced raw maca at 3tbs per day, one at breakfast, one lunch, and one at dinner. I started off as directions say: 3 morning and 3 about 8 hours later. The maca fixed the pain and I also split dose 2/2/2 throughout day. I am feeling and looking fuller at this point. My weight started at 185 and I weighed at 190 this morning and still pretty lean - about 8-10% bf.

I'm in to follow log.

Nice catch on the Maca powder man. I also take some Maca. but I have a hard time eating it lol. It just doesnt taste good...

Yeah the taste isn't that great lol - but I got passed that point though. I usually mix it with AI Cycle Support at morning and night dose and for lunch dose I mix it with Orange Oximega green complex by CL to help mask it. Most maca supps I see out there recommend 1-2 tsp/day - well the body builder mentality of more = better results kicked in and that's why I decided to dose 3TBS and it worked. I was actually about to stop taking Alpha Mass because the discomfort was getting worse. I introduced Maca Saturday and it was D-Day on whether or not I'd continue the cycle, Sunday is when I noticed the pain subsided substantially and saved the cycle to where I could continue on with it :D

I read some other posts how Alpha Mass made some of the other guys libido go way up, it's not fair that I'm the opposite :28:

We usually recommend stacking with 4-AD if lethargy or libido becomes an issue. I haven't ran my alpha mass yet (have to wait till late fall/early winter to run any phs) but I'm usually pretty lucky in the lethargy libido area though.
