Yeah it was a decent workout I suppose..feel like I did more last Monday..spent more time bull****ing with a buddy and checking the scenery around the cardio area, than hitting weights.
Didn't hit any calves dirrectly today, but for some reason while doing leg curls my calves were cramping like a biotch.. I don't know if it was the fact I was doing the curls laying on my stomach pulling upwards towards my ass?? Idunno different than what I'm useto using at the other gym.
I'm looking to step up my game on leg work tho..bout to start taking notes from your log
