Oldnsweaty's AM/AH cycle

Yeah, I love those forearm cramps afterwards but I sometimes get them at the most inappropriate times. lol

I remember one time it happened to me while I was on a date. I ended up nearly knocking over a bottle of wine and never got a second date :(
 
I can get a good pump in the forearms ( back day especially ) but they literally have only grown maybe an inch in the past 3 years or so. Good to hear about the extreme pumps OnS.
 
DAY 17- Hit 725 on the deadlift- new PR for me. :arms:

I worked out shoulders and forearms yesterday and had such a killer pump that I worried that today I wouldn't be able to grip the bar, but my grip felt like a vise and I had no problem. Just chalked up, put my belt on, turned up Smashing Pumpkin's Ava Adore and PULLED. :arms:

EPIC!!! Do you have an Captains of Crush Grippers? I bet you could probably close a 2.5 or even a 3.
