Epistane and PCT

Hello,

I' wanna start an Epistane cycle for the first time.

Epistane: 20/30/30/40, with Activate Xtreme and Erase on the cycle.
or
For PCT the Activate Xtreme or TitaniumXL and Erase with Lean Xtreme?

And Proteins and Cellmass with a Multi.

I hope that is a good stack.

Epistane cycle lenght is 4-5 weeks, after the cycle lenght how many is the waiting time before starting another cycle?
 
I would get a DAA supp. like SNS daa added to the ActX and erase. or titanium, daa, and erase would do.
 
I would never do a pct, and certainly not one following epi without a serm. If you do not know what that is, search the term SERM. After that like mentioned stack a natty test booster like DAA along side it and you will bounce back.

NO SERM-NO CYCLE.

clomid or nolva. your going to have a rough time in pct with what you have planned out, most likely will only hold 40-50% of your gains.

I would do something like this

Clomid
50/50/25/25
HCGenerate
DAA
ERASE or forma stanzol
Vit C 4000mg


but thats just me
 
But what should I use on cycle and PCT?

Don't know Clomid alternatives?
On Cycle:

Epistane: 20/30/30/40 , CycleSupport, or CycleAssist, HCGenerate (maybe), During cycle and PCT Activate Xtreme or TitaniumXL with Erase.

PCT: CycleSupport or CycleAssist or HCGenerate, Activate Xtreme or TitaniumXL,Lean Xtreme, with Erase,Creatin.

During cycle and PCT, proteins, multis,bcaa. DAA just on PCT?

first ditch the cellmass, its just cheap sugar cals and basic creatine mono. If you want to run a T booster on cycle use DAA. it will make PCT easier, less shutdown, etc.

Cycle assist is a number of herbs(all in one type product) that keepw blood pressure in check, supporte for liver, prostate, heart, etc. It is a must when on cycle. During pct you can get away with milk thistle and NAC.

PCT is important and you should wait to run the cycle til you can afford GOOD pct products. at the min for pct use:

HCGenerte
Titanium
ERASE
Creatine
Vit c 4000mg

There are no alternatives to clomid other than nolva and torem. google serach one, find a online pharmacy and order, thats it. You can run pct without one but you will not keep nearly as much of the gains, so its up to you.

you are getting confused about on cycle stuff and PCT. keep reading and learning til you know the differences and what needs to be taken and when.

ditch the natural stuff while your on your cycle. you want that to bounce you back. its going to be a war going on in your ball sack with natural stuff and your PH/desinger steroid. Get a serm buddy.

I personally would run epi at 30/40/40/40/40/40 cycle assist through out cycle and bcaa during cycle and pct. I personally would ditch the daa oncycle save it for pct its a waste of money on cycle imo. As far as pct I would go with clomid 75/50/25/25 or nolva 20/20/10/10 these products are very easy to find even look around at the ads on these thread pages not sure if I can say the name on here but one of them gives AM members a discount. I would use the daa starting day one of your pct and keep the cycle assist through pct also. I personally use inhibit-e but erase will work just fine start it around week 2 of pct and taper down from there every week. And lean extreme is good defiantly use from day one follow directions on the bottle. And of course good diet on cycle lots of protein calories Carbs. I do above maintenance in this case usually around 3500 calories a day. Hope this helps

Why is SERM needed to these products?

Yes nolva and tamoxifen are the same thing man. With epi I would go with clomid to avoid estrogen rebound since epi is a natural aromatase inhibitor. And like you mentioned use the erase but I would bring it in to the game around 3rd week of pct.
 
I am on day 7 of a 40/40/40/40/50/50 cycle of Epi. I am on Proteins, a multivitamin, BCAAs, as well as post during and pre workouts. My PCT will be DAA, tomox, and Revolution Black. I havent gotten any negative feedback on it yet and it seems pretty good thus far. No side effects as of yet.
 
also, directions on Epi bottle say wait 6 weeks before starting your next cycle, just a heads up :)

You need to wait way more than six weeks pal. Time on+pct=time off, at the minimum. I like to add an additional month or two for particularly harsh cycles.

true, plus im guessing the directions are for only a 4 week low dose cycle

Information on on dosing for PCT is all over this website and others. You'll start with your highest dose of Nolva at the beginning of PCT, then ramp down, similiar to how you ramp up while on. It's generally accepted that as your ramp down the Nolva, you'll introduce your AI (Erase) in the 3rd week of PCT.

I'm actually starting this same PCT tomorrow after a 4 week cycle of Epi.

Solid, but its was a bit of an experiment as my goals are mostly performance oriented. At first I gave in to the increased hunger and gained 5 lbs in the first week. I spent the rest of the cycle making sure it would all be lean because I wasn't traying to gain too much weight, and if I was I wanted it to be muscle. I started at 205, this morning I was 212, and every bit of it is lean. Strength gains minimal, but what gains I had I couldn't have gotten in 4 weeks of natural training, and I'm sure I would have gained more strength if I had bulked thorugh te cycle. If I had been able to make a more solid diet and training plan I'm sure I would have seen better results. My only sides were back pumps, wanting to punch people in the face, and dry joints (mostly my shoudlers). No achne, no shrinkage down south, no puffy nipples

I took my first ml (20mg) of nolva (tamox) this morning. . .I can still taste that crap 2 hours later. Here's my PCT;
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Erase 0/25/50/75

I was going to do 30 for the first week of nolva, but I don't expect gyno issues, and good god that stuff tastes like crap.
