Andromass Log: 8wk AM w/ SD kicker --> osta/s4

Squat day. Weight staying pretty steady even though I'm stuffing my face. Maybe because I ride a bike around all day in the heat? IDK. I am stuck at 185. I am upping SD to 20mg (LOVE THIS $HIT WOW). I haven't had any sides really... a few days of lethargy and a few times but I went and got some ephedra powder and use it in my shakes till around 4pm at the latest. This has been curbing my lethargy. No back pumps, no calf pumps, no acne, no feeling of sickness, sleep like a rock so far... I won't go past 20mg.

Hit a PR on squat today... mind you... I have not done squat sessions in almost two years. I had a bad lower back injury back in october of 2009. I have finally rehabbed it to an acceptable level and therefore can do squats again. I was doing working sets with 245#, then moved to 300# even and was able to rep it for 5 after at least 8 heavy working sets.. Very impressed that my back is holding up. It was so bad that when I put 95# bar on my shoulders for squat the compression from the bar was painful. Leg pump was unreal in gym. I can't wait to push the weight a bit higher next week. I probably won't even attempt a 1RM as injury is the worst thing that's ever happened to me. I'm sure y'all can relate.

Taking cycle assist plus herbs and fish oil. Feeling good.

Unless you lift competitively, I never see the point in a 1RM.

It has a use in athletics. They don't lift competitively per se, but strength is generally a important part and can serve as a barometer of the relative fatigue of the athlete. That being said, maxing out should only happen every 6-8 weeks and with competent spotters.
 
Day 12 - 185 - definitely have lost bf and lifts have skyrocketted up. I rested yesterday *if a 12hr shift counts as rest :S*.

Overall, I feel great. I am really really pleased with how the SD is reacting to my body. I was a little scared of this compound, honestly. Its quite gentle in my case, though. I haven't blown up in size, but I'm denser - which is exactly the look I want to go for. I want as much power and explosive strength that I can possibly fit into my frame. 190lbs would be GREAT to get to and hold onto. I am eating 4000 kcals daily, but i'm CONSTANTLY hungry.

This is what I ate yesterday:

8am shake - cycle support, supporting herbs, protein, HEAPING peanut butter scoop, banana, strawberries, orange juice, spinach, fish oil
1045am - right before heading into work: 4 whole eggs, 2 pieces wheat bread, 2 cups mootopia milk
1pm - banana and 300kcal protein bar
430pm - 2 chic fil a sandwichs, really good lemonade
730pm - "R1" from local vietnamese place: half a grilled chicken on a bed of brown rice with some badass garlic sauce
10pm - right before returning to work during break: meat sandwich with extra meat
1230pm - fat peant butter and jelly with a banana on it. another 2 cups of mootopia
4am - woke up ravaged and hungry as hell. 4 bowls toasted oats cereal with raspberries and tons of milk

I can't and won't post what I eat every day, but that is just to give y'all an idea of what I'm working with. There is no lack of caloric intake, just a really really fast metabolism and high activity. Even though I'm not gaining like crazy, I am pleased with the progress... and its only day 11. :D

Attached are progress pics. 9 days of progression. There isn't much, but for 9 days I'm impressed. My flat dumbbell bench has increased 20+lbs per hand. Squat has increased 30+lbs... and I'm almost the same size. Craziness... Anyway, let me know what y'all think.

Thats a lot of calories and your still lean, good job man. The bottom right pic, it does look like you leaned out a bit.
 
Day 16 - 187 :D

SD is rockin the gym out. SD + AM has given me in 16 days what hdrol/epi gave me in a full cycle as far as strength goes. I'm flat out impressed. 20mg is the sweet spot for me. I'm afraid to go higher/I don't need to go any higher. I can feel my face is a bit oilier than normal, but ZERO other sides. Lethargy has not been an issue - you simply have to eat for it.

I hate doing it, but I lowered fats (overall) and replaced that void with carbs (of any sort). It killed the lethargy off quite nicely. I supplement with ephedra powder in the mornings and never consume caffeine or any other type of upper. Sleep hasn't been an issue, if anything I'm getting too little of it for once.

Lifts continue to go up, volume is up, endurance is up, strength is up, everything is up. I want to get a pic in a few days so y'all can see the difference a week has made. A little less than a week to go on SD - I am considering running it for an additional week at 20mg, but feel it might be a bit redundant - I'm making such amazing gains, though, its hard not to consider that idea. The AM should kick in full force in about a weeks time, also... I feel that the cycle: 8wk ANDROMASS w/ 3-4wk SD kicker is pretty ballin if one can eat for the lethargy. MAD CARBS - BOXES OF CEREAL PLAYER, YES, I'M CEREAL, PLAYER.

Quick update: Weight holding steady at 186.5-189lbs. Rested today. I had a deep tissue massage and my guy is fixing my back... I can move my lower back for the first time in 22 months. I can do REAL squats. Its quite great... I credit a bit to sarms, but mostly to a boatload of hard work and core work. The massage therapist played arena football back in the day - he's big - so we're always bull****ting about what to try and what's best for hypertrophy or toning etc., but in one sitting he increased my ability to touch my toes by close to 4 inches. Its been getting better ever since. It was the source of all my back pain. He's helped a lot and got me hooked on jumping rope. I beast the rope out.

Feeling great, wish I could eat more, but literally don't have more time to eat. I am loving the ON feeling and the most notable thing is strength. Unreal strength gains. I am gonna be getting bloods in the next 10-14 days.

Oh yes. My poor core alway limits my max numbers for my deads, and squats. I know cause NO ONE should have a bigger bench than their dead or squat....

Unless you have some herniated disks, no. Standing cable crunches, decline situps, ab wheel for core. Hypers, reverse hypers, and good mornings for the posterior chain.

A box of cereal later maybe I'll be 190 by the end of the weekend. Wicked squat day - everything felt like a joke.

People don't realize how important it is. Think. When one is sitting at the computer, and one tightens ones abs... What happens? Suddenly we're sitting up straight. Yah. That's the power of the core.

Forgot to add: I added osta in. Today is day 2 of osta... I did 50mg yesterday, did 25mg today, and going to run a "maintenance" dose of 10mg osta daily. I have ran osta before: its powerful ****. I want it for pure joint lubrication as I can feel some old injury areas that are VERY tight after heavy stuff *esp. shoulder doing those fat dbs*. I will run osta throughout at 10mg then 4wks post pct run s4 to end this adventure. I'll be getting bloods soon to see how much SD has destroyed my lipids - been VERY good about taking specific herbs and fats to regulate this, so very intersted in results.

No kidding, bro. I am running it additional few days to assess results. Gains have slowed, but definitely have not stopped and sides are minimal.

Sides are mostly... psychological. The alpha male energy is immediately noticeable in a room full of people. SD is nuts. I'm not that seasoned as far as AAS go, but SD, I feel, would hold its own against anything in EXPLOSIVE, INSTANT gains in strength and size. I have to work a double tomorrow, so did a hard last 5 days or so in the gym. My weight is staying constant... 187-189 pretty consistent, but density is increasing dramatically. I really rather have unbelievable strength:size ratio over anything... i think? I'm pretty happy with my overall size as it doesn't raise too many questions from others... just a few comments here and there...

Its been on another level for the past 48 hrs and I literally am eating every 3hrs. I don't poop that much more either and poops are solid. I am extremely happy with my gains so far. Hopefully this AM will help keep these gains over the next 4-5 wks of not being on SD.

***IMPORTANT QUESTION - IF YOU TL;DR THE ABOVE PLEASE READ THIS*** Slight testicular atrophy noticed. I'm not trippin, this is to be expected, but I have letro, forma, and am willing to get anything else that would make this step of dropping SD from the cycle as easy as possible on my body. Ideas?
 
Bloods will be taken as soon as SD is dropped. Also forgot to add that nothing makes me happier than a proper squat. Feet 30 degrees or so out, everything in line, bar bending, straight down, straight back, TIGHT CORE, straight up - Repping 315#: Smart.

I wouldn't throw in an AI unless needed since they can further damage the lipids. The AM should help the transition and you've been on it long enough to have it in full swing. Outside of hCG, there's nothing to really help with the testicular atrophy.

Great. Just wanted to cover all bases and wasn't sure if I was sufficiently doing that. I got the dermacrine in the mail... does applying directly to the nutsack in any way intensify or make the the effects of dermacrine more effecient?
 
No way of putting this nicely, but couldn't this have all been obtained with a $20 bottle of sd? Still never been sold on current sarms. Still great work though

I know that the Sustain Alpha TD works that way, but not sure about Dermacrine.

So, I am on day 24 and am not seeing anymore gains from SD, imo. I will be getting bloods done in two days when I drop the SD. I am going to up the AM to 9 pills a day and finish this cycle in three weeks when I drop SD. Thoughts on this? Will get progress pics up tonight hopefully when I get home from gym.

Sounds good to me. It's also not surprising to see diminishing gains from SD. That's pretty common.

I'm loving the cooler weather as well. And for what it's worth I think the 9 caps a day is the optimal dosing for more advanced trainees... good to see it's working out

Our cooler weather has unfortunately come with a big price: there are major fires in central Texas. I believe over 20,000 acres have burned already.
 
yea the fires are crazy in texas this year.... luckily they are not in my area
 
I'm alive and well, guys. Just been busy busy busy with school and work. Making some really interesting breakthroughs in the chemlab... taking a lot of time away form lifting, but the 3 days off or so has really allowed everything to realign to its chi.

I am holding at 187ish. Been eating kinda dirty and the fat shows, but I am cut mode. I am getting bloods tomorrow morning. We'll see what that SD did to me.

Strength continues to increase - especially endurance. The amount of pushups or pullups i can do in a 30 second burst is just ridiculous. Feeling MUCH BETTER SINCE STOPPING SD.

My thoughts on SD. NO GO after 21-24 days. Its just so toxic. I thought the sarm was making me nauseas... it was just the high dose of SD in the later part of this cycle. **** is awesome, but **** its toxic. Be careful bros. I'm a little nervous to get my lipids back... :S:S:S That's what this is all about though...For the greater good... and I can lift up a car. ;)

Hope all is well with y'all and will keep you updated on bloods. I'll post more detailed cycle details, diet, things i've thrown in, etc. when the bloods come back. To help interpret what happend to my insides. Haha:D

Thanks, brotha! I like to know wtf is going on here, you know? I'm just as interested as you are, my friend. I have remained diligent with taking 1 sc. cycle support daily among those herbs I listed in previous threads (chlorella, moringa, hawthorne, nettle, saw palmetto, fenu, trib, cel seed, catuaba, muria puama). I am gonna eat like a champion tonight, fast for the 12 hrs (HELL) and get the bloods drawn tomorrow morning.

I learned a lot about SD for my first go around with the compound. Its STRONG, FAST and EXPLOSIVE. No need to push past 22ish days. 20mg is sweet spot, 30 is unreal for a few days, then sides are too much. Overall, if ran properly it seems like an outstanding steroid that provides proven instant results. I haven't felt any crazy shutdown from not being on SD for a few days now, so I'm sure the AM is kicking in nicely. I have superhuman strength on a bike, bros. Its scary. :D:D:D
