not sure how you could lose weight by being a non responder lol.

if you normally eat and gain weight and the SD does zero, you should still gain weight

'Cause he's trying to lose 20lbs of bodyfat while gaining 15lbs of muscle! LOL Eating 500+ over maintanence and losing weight doesn't make sense with or without an anabolic! Funny Sh*t!

I was under the impression that the grape fruit wouldnt have an effect if the compound was methylated, and that this approach is usually only utilized on non methyl compounds
 
I just started eating that diet above... Which is about 800-900 over what I normally gain on......

I was 200lbs so I know what I need to gain..... So this is the 3rd week an I kept it at 20mg.... I'll post everyday.... Seeing if weight goes up....
 
Also the only thing I can say about eating 500 over maintenance is.... That maybe it's burning fat and putting on muscle... But in the mirror I look about the same... Mayr a tad leaner.... But not much if any difference... But if I gain like 3-4lbs this week... And doesn't look like fat I'll go a forth week... And let all you know that maybe I didn't know **** about diets haha

If you're not responding to SD your diet is complete garbage.
