BPS Endosurge and other goodies.

Yea, label dose is plenty with this.

Day 18- 8/14/11

Had another not so good turn out numbers wise but there was another group at the complex we played 5v5 with. Getting my touch back. Notched a few assists and a goal but still need to get more comfortable on the ball.

Day 19 and 20- 8/15-8/16

Lower body wasn't happy playing on turf and was pretty sore. Been feeling beat the **** up lately. More modifications to the workouts.

Day 21- 8/17/11

Deadlifts- 315x5, 315x5, 285x5, 225x8 //
24" Box Jumps (x10)
Goblet Squat- 110x5, 110x5, 110x5 //
Kneeling get ups- (x5)
DB Shrugs- 85x20, 85x20, 95x20
Single Leg Squats- BWx6, BWx6, BWx6 //
Lunges- (x10)
Leg Press- 180x50
Treadmill- 1 mile 109 cals. 13 min. Did most with 5lb ankle weights on and at an incline of 5%.

Felt it after the first 2 exercises. Been a while since I've done a superset/circuit with deadlifts. Quads are getting tired easy so I'll be hitting leg extensions later in the week. Stayed away due to injury but it's time to get back at it. Weight holding steady at 187. Up 3-4 pounds.

keep hitting it hard...i am noticing much improved recovery!

Same here for the most part. Heavy deads are the only thing that make me sore now, everything else has gotten much easier.

Great looking workout, keep it up.

Thanks man. Complex training can bitch but it has to be done.

Nothing against AX, but that's why prop blends can be a problem.

Edit: Goblet Squats FTW! :head:

Gotta love the Goblets. If you can breath, you might not be going heavy enough.

Day 22- 8/18/11

Adductor Machine- 5 sets (Forgot to pay attention to reps and
Abductor Machine- 4 sets weight on both of these.)
Seated Hamstring Curls- 4 sets (Again forgot to pay close attention but the last few sets were at 215 I think. Reps were in the 6-10 range)
SLDL- 135x10, 205x6, 205x6
OHS- 45x10, 45x10, 45x10
Scissors w/ 5lb ankle weights- 3x30
Deep Squat to 24" box jump- 2x5
Step-up to RDL- 24x10, 24x10, 24x10 //
Lunges- (x10)
Air Squats- 4x50
Treadmill- 15 min. 1.25 miles 134 cals.

Didn't feel the need to go heavy since I just did legs yesterday. Forgot to do a few things but I make it up tomorrow. Second wind comes quick and strong once I'm strating to get tired. Shin splints are the only thing bringing down my cardio which sucks knowing I could do more. Time to break out the resistance band and work on that. Noticing some more leaning out and strength is soild.

nice update.

Day 23- 8/19/11

Bench Press- 185x5, 205x5, 205x5 //
Clap Push-ups- (x5)
DB Pullovers- 70x5, 70x5
Push-ups- 6x12 (2 sets ea. of wide, prone, and diamond.)
Cable Rows- 180x5, 200x5, 220x5, 240x5
Hammer Strength Low Pull machine- 90x8, 110x6, 110x6
Pull-ups- 5x5
BB Lateral Raise- 50x8, 50x8, 50x8 //
DB Side Raise- 12x10, 12x10, 12x10
Treadmill- 1 mile 13 min. 111 cals.

Been a while since I've benched but at least I still lift over BW, shoulder wasn't bugging me too much. It felt like I could do close to the whole stack with cable rows, strength was definitely on today even though I kept some of the weight light. Only one week left. Hoping to not have to take monday off but we'll be playing on turf again this sunday. No bueno.

Day 24- 8/20/11

Power Cleans- 155x3, 165x3, 175x3, 185x3 PR
OHP- 95x6, 115x5, 115x5
DB Power Snatch- 45x5, 60x4, 70x4 ea. side
DB Swings- 50x(5-1)
E-Z Curl- 70x8, 80x8, 80x7
OH Extension- 70x10, 80x5, 80x5
Treadmill- 20 min. 1.65 miles 174 cals.

Very pleased with the workout. I only started doing power cleans this past week and can already do my bodyweight. Db Snatches, I've never done before so I'm pretty happy those. Strength was great today, could've done more cardio this time around but I don't want to be drained for the scrimmage tomorrow. Shin splints/pumps weren't an issue. Again, very happy today.

Day 25- 8/21/11

Scrimmage.

Went ok. I started the play out of the back that lead to our lone goal, almost got in a fight the second half, all in all not too bad. Ended up losing 5-1 but it was our first time in a full 11 v 11 and first time seeing everyone together. Could really use a solid CB to command the back line and a true target forward to hold the ball. Some switches in the MF to utilize guys better.

Day 26- 8/22/11

Ran around the block with my g/f. She's just statring to get in a routine so it was perfect pace since I was sore from the day before.

Day 27- 8/23/11

My ankles and knees needed a day off. Must make better use of training days.

Day 28- 8/24/11

Leg Extensions- 130x12, 130x12, 130x12
Run- 1/4 mile. ~2min.
Deadlifts- 185x10, 235x5, 235x5, 185x15 // Box Jumps- (x10)
BB Shrugs- 275x12, 275x12
Goblet Squat- 90x6, 90x6, 90x6 // Kneeling Get-ups- (x10) // Standing Side Curls- (x20)
Run- 1/4 mile. ~2min.
Lunges- 60x10, 60x10, 60x10 // Jump Squat- (x10)
Single Leg Box Squat- BWx20, BW20, BWx20 // Squat- (x10)
Run- 1.8 miles 201 cals. 20min.
Full moons- 35x14, 35x14, 35x14 // Squat- (x10)

Damn good workout. Felt great. Endurance is starting to pick up and strength is holding steady. Weight is still hovering around 188. Only a few days left, I know I'm going to miss Endosurge.

Day 28- 8/24/11

Leg Extensions- 130x12, 130x12, 130x12
Run- 1/4 mile. ~2min.

BB Shrugs- 275x12, 275x12
Goblet Squat- 90x6, 90x6, 90x6 // Kneeling Get-ups- (x10) // Standing Side Curls- (x20)

And it will miss you i know that much bro :D

Day 29- 8/25/11

Bench Press- 185x5, 185x5, 185x5 // Power Push-ups- (x5)
Dips- 3x10
Hammer Strength Low Pull- 105x6, 105x6, 105x6 // Hyperextensions- (x10)
Hammer Strength Row- 90x5, 90x5, 90x5 // Push-ups (x10)
Pull-ups- 3x10
BB Lateral Raises- 60x8, 60x8, 60x8 // Push-ups- (x10)
Treadmill- Various inclines mostly for a calf workout.

Good workout. Despite lowering rest periods and adding more supersets strength is constant throughout. Power Push-ups were done by standing up 2 DB's. I'd say 12-14in. high. Weight listed on Hammer machines is per side, not total. Tomorrow is the last day. I'll post a final review within a few days of the final dose.

Day 30- 8/26/11

Last Day.

Leg Extensions- 130x10, 130x10, 70x20
Power Cleans- 165x3, 185x3, 165x3
OHP- 115x5, 115x5, 135x5
Zercher Squats- 115x6, 115x6, 115x6
DB Snatch- 75x4, 75x4, 75x4
DB Swings- 40x(5-1), 60x4, 60x4
Seated Calf Raises- 90x15, 90x15, 90x15 // Jumping Jacks w/ 40lb BB- (x20)

Push-ups- (x10)
Squats- (x10)
3x5 round sets. 1 min. rest.

Treadmill- Used ankle weights to again work on calves. No significant running.

That last circuit served as cardio. Forcing the blood from top to bottom makes you work a lot harder but makes recovery shorter in the long run. Sad to see this come to a close. I'll post a final review on Sunday after practice with thoughts on each product and the stack as a whole with a focus on Endosurge. Here's a sneak peak: It's good stuff.

FINAL REVIEW

I couldn't have asked for more during this 30 day run of Endosurge. Goals were met, strength is back where it needs to be and I leaned out a decent amount. Overall weight was up from 184 to 188, all lean. Running a T-booster along side is something I would highly recommend to really maximize the effects.

The strength gains were great on Endosurge. It seemed like the second set was easier than the first most times. Deadlifts went from 365x1 to 405x3. Damn near every other lift is also back up to par if not better than before. Only exception being chest exercises which, to be fair, I didn't make a priority. Everyday I walked out of the gym I felt strong as hell, not quite 'PH' strong but probably the closest you'll get staying natty. Run with an A.I. and you probably will feel close to on cycle.

Libido got a good boost. Didn't indulge in it too much though. Discipline.

Unfortunately I can't attribute too much of the leaning efects to Endosurge as I was taking Lean Extreme, Alphaburn, and RK. The latter two made me sweat like crazy. It literally felt like I had jumped in a pool. I also tweaked my training midway through and that's when I started to notice my leaning out more.

Overall I'd give Endosurge a 10/10. You get a massive dose of nettle, a mood and libdio boost, and great strength gains for 30 bucks. Compare that to other nettle products right now. Can't beat it.

Great review bro, very happy you met most your goals and endosurge was able to assist in that. Keep training hard. Thanks again for the great log.
