Been steadily dropping fat. I'm weighing in at about 170-173. I've upped my cardio, been trying to get some in on what would normally be my off days. Just got back from 80 minutes of Cardio- Bleh! I'm tired.

I have been doing a TON of cardio. On my days off, in my spare time I've been going to the gym and doing an hour or so of Eliptical. I'm feeling a lot leaner, but my weight has been fluctuating so much, day by day. Just this week I've weighed 170 one day, and 178 another. I think it is based on how much water I'm drinking.
