Second picture was about 4 weeks into cycle. Kind of hard to make out thanks to my photo skills but more definition in my chest and some on my outer delts. My traps got bigger too, also hard to see from the pictures but all my measurements went up. I will have to see where I wrote them down and I can post before/after on here.

5000-6000+ calories, Training everything 2x a week for 2-3 hours a workout and oh yeah more food. I was gonna start a PH cycle but i'm just gonna do one more balls-out bulk like last year :evil:
Damn you have time for 2-3 hour workouts? Go get em man. I have never been a fan of full body workouts but it seems like a lot of people have success with it.

Yeah while i'm young and at school, No time for social life though. My workouts are Chest/Shoulders/Tri's, Back/Bi's and Legs. Never tried a full body i don't think i'd like them i like to give everything a lot of attention haha. I've been antsy to do a cycle but i convinced myself to wait till after this next bulk. How is Dbol?? I really like the gains i hear that come outta that. It might take me a while to start injectables but who knows.
I liked dbol. I saw the same results from 50mg as I did 30mg, maybe thanks to the AM, not sure. But it kicked in with strength and weight gains instantly, was very easy to notice it was doing it's job. And I didn't feel like crap with it like I would on Superdrol. It was definitely worth it for me and I'll be using it again.
Hmm interesting, thanks for the info. I've heard Superdrol works very good but has some pretty strong side's, I'm sensitive to stims so i'm betting just a halodrol cycle would be the best to start with along with a solid pct. Dbol will probably be my first actual real cycle.

I didn't have a real loss of libido until maybe week 6.
Either that or add something like AndroHard for libido supportI was planning on a 6 week halodrol cycle, i wonder if maybe i should start at 4 weeks?

I gained 15 pounds in this log, and after PCT I weighed 217 so a loss of 3 pounds, which I expected some more. But also some of the weight was fat in my midsection area. My strength I'm going to say I'm 99% sure the loss of strength was so insignificant that I didn't even notice it. I kept benching heavy throughout PCT. Post PCT I ended up going directly into a cut, I know kind of bad timing but never having tried a cut before I was doing it mostly for fun. I ended up bringing my weight back down to 205 but a very lean 205, measurements for arms, legs, etc still the same as when I was 220. I looked more lean in my abs and lats most noticeably.How much have you kept (both strength and LBM gains)?
HEY GUYS! I'm on the home stretch. Looks like I've got a week left. I've been really busy at work and haven't had much time to make it to a computer, but here's a brief summary of what has been happening in the life of FL3X since my last update:
I've been eating 1/2lb of ground beef with brown rice and veggies mixed in to replace my tilapia meal of the day, and usually end up eating the same thing for lunch. I've trained myself to force down around 100 grams of carbs coming from whole wheat pasta when I eat my chicken/pasta mix. I've been drinking half a gallon of milk a day, eating fruit 2-3 times a day, and sneaking in spoonfuls of natty pb whenever I get the chance between meals. My caloric intake is much higher now than it was when I started this cycle.
I have seen ZERO signs of hair loss, minimal acne on my face (the only place I get it), no problems with my manhood, have only experienced high bp days a couple of times, and have a seemingly high aggression that lasts all day.
I have added some size to my shoulders as well as my upper pectorals, both of which were goals for this cycle. My tennis elbow seemed to bother me no matter what I take for joint support, but this last two weeks I have been focusing on different tricep workouts that I believe have strengthened my muscles around the elbow area and the pain is now not being noticed during my workouts.
The only negative I have to report is my right knee cap feels like it's going to blow out on leg day, no matter what. I can barely do a proper rep when warming up on squats without feeling like I will fall over, and leg press I've had to decrease the weight and also decrease my range of motion in order to complete reps. The only thing that doesn't bother my knee much is seated leg curls.
My current weight is 217-218. Let's see if I can hit 220 by the end of my cycle![]()
I'm also assuming that this AM has an unexpected leaning effect, as I have not seen any noticeable gains in bodyfat yet I feel bigger and stronger all over.
I'll see if I can't get some before and after pics up by the end of my cycle.
I can't wait to see if I get any results from this. Would love to see the leaning effect.

As for the leaning effect, I did see that, and also I think you should bump your cycle to at LEAST 6 weeks![]()
