Quick answer, no bullsh*t.. Can you loose fat while gaining muscle? I'm 157lbs, 10.9bf.. With proper training, 200g carbs and protein, 40g fat, and 2000 calories, will I cut fat and gain muscle? If not, what should I adjust
 
Sorry buddy, nobody can accurately answer this as everyone's caloric requirements are different regardless of size/weight. All you can do is experiment until you find your maintenance level, the drop calories until you start seeing the results you want.
