What should I take and how should I use it, Need some pointers on what to eat. I have 8% body fat want to be around 5%. Should I take a metabolism booster or what.

Thanks all.

8 to 5 is much harder. Right now all you need is a very good diet and time with lots of cardio.

Other than that I would go with peptides...as Growth hormone releasing peptides and so on and so forth.

Good diet coupled with cardio. You could look at adding a Topical Fat Burner....Genomyx has a good one.

Fat Booster

Well how much time do you have to get the 3%OFF.?? If it's a matter of days then you need a diuretic..Water with lemon is a natural diuretic but you could also take a supplement for that also. Xpel is pretty good for getting rid of water weight.

Once You let me know how much time you have, it will be a lot easier to figure out what to prescribe you with ;-)

getting down to 5% is very hard. Most people cant get there without AAS useage. Your body just doesnt want to go down that low, its perfectly happy at 9-11%. a AI like forma stanzol will help with estrogen and water. A fat burner and appetite suppressant like forged burner will also helpout. 4-5, 25-45 min cardio sessions will be necessary. Very very low carb and high protein diet. and last a SARM like s4 should do it. if not a peptide or stright up hgh

Just adding some random ideas out here:

* I second the idea of a topical like Eviscerate or Eviscerate smolder.

* I don't hate the idea of a fat burner either. If money wasn't an issue I'd think the Lean Extreme DCP combo stack would be quite nice. If looking for a stimulant that won't kill you I'd look at BPS Combustion or possibly the new Alpha T2 by PES (though i haven't tried it).

* I like the idea of more cardio. I prefer fasted walks in the morning, but if you have the time I'd go for a fasted morning walk AND a walk after your last meal. Hard cardio possibly three days a week. And sprints...gotta add in the sprints.

* Look into intermittent fasting.

* Train more often and make it more varied. Invalid Link Removed

Metabolism booster probably wont get that last 3%...probably the hardest to get.

I am guessing it is mostly accumulated along the lower stomach area?

I've noticed this too. I can get to 6% easy enough, but lower then that is a beast.

Some good ideas, several of which I have used myself.

EC or Clen are effective. BCAA's coupled with a caloric deficit and cardio. DCP, TT-33, Raspberry Ketones, TTA-500, Green Tea extract are all good supplement options.

All the members did share with you nice advices. In my opinion with weight lifting exercise ,you also have to change your diet too.By just changing your diet you may over come on this problem. So i will suggest here that take only that diets which gives you energy rather than make fats.

...already mentioned ITT, Eviserate/smolder & TTA but also AlphaT2...would also like to toss out XF/XFA(ArA) as a possibility...works amazingly well coupled with maintence and even slight-mod caloric surplus and still helps to reduce bodyfat....

Side note: The Roc & Steve Martin in the same thread?!? What forum did I just log into? brb seeing if Matt Damon is posting in this section as well...

I recently spoke with one of my supp suppliers about weight loss products and he told me ephedra based fat burners were making a comeback, which surprised me as I thought ephedra was banned. Years ago when I wanted to cut weight fat burners worked and I notice the formulations today are much more advanced and thought out.
