Currently im in the middle east. Will be going to asia in about a month for some much needed down time.
When I come back I wanna put my lab rat on a recomp/cutt cycle.
Would love any suggestions from you guys.

So here is what I am working with :

Lab Rat ( currently at about 13% bf )

X-TREN ( 3 BOTTLES )

E-STANE ( 5 BOTTLES )

PROTODROL ( 2 BOTTLES )

ANAVAR ( 3500 MGS )

TEST E ( AhellofalotT ) :saevilw:

CLEN ( 2 BOTTLES )

Clomid / nolva & adex


was thinkn of administering a low dose of accutane to my lab rat to prevent on cycle acne on or during pct.....not sure of this yet. ( suggestions on this as far as dose etc ...? )
( i love my lab rats )

Test E - 500mg/week/12 weeks
X-Tren - 90-120mg/day/1st 4-6 weeks
Anavar - 80mg/day/last 6 weeks
Clen - pyramid up to 100mcg/day/last 2 weeks
 
oops I 4got allso have 2 bottles of Dianabol for me lab rat .....not sure tho as I dont want the lil guy to get all bloated ya know...

With Test E, I'd run it the full 12 weeks.

As far as the adex, yeah, have it on hand and just adjust it by how you feel you need it. I didn't bother to list out any of the on cycle or post cycle supports.
 
12 wks test & start the var week 9... something that i like, is running letro while the test is clearing your system, tapering off in pct
 
Allright I`ll put my rat on 12 weeks of test.

What do you guys think of the Xtren dose ? Should I bump it higher the last 2 weeks ?

Ive put my lil lab rat on Xtren b4 and he loved it , no sides whatsoever on that stuff for the lil guy.

I'd say go by feel, more than anything else. Be cautious if you're going to stretch out the orals for longer than 4 up front and 4 on the back end, though.

dbol/estane 4 weeks as a kick start

var at the end

test 12 weeks.

save the proto to stack with the pro dienolone.

run adex at a low dose if you're worried about too much methyl estrogen.

ever heard of nasty mass? it's m14add/epi, dbol is the bigger brother with muscles of m14add. stack those two for some sick gains.

30-50mg of dbol + 40-50mg of e-stane. get swole up.

Might try that for the next time my lab rat bulks.
This time tryn to reach single digits.
