Helladrol Cycle Log

I feel the effects of OSTA big time. I have been on it at 25mg/day for 13 days. I have maintained my level of bf, I have IMPROVED my strength (very noticable in volume - esp squats and flat dumbbell press), I have GAINED 2lbs and I feel awesome.

Tomorrow, I am going to drop the OSTA dose to half and see if I notice any effects from the decrease in dose. I have been swimming intensely the past week and will be able to the rest of the summer, so I am getting insane anaerobic work and that's when I can feel the OSTA kicking in the most.

I dosed it 50mg per day all in the morning with no AI . Long half life with S4 and only need to dose once per day. Strength and fat loss was both better for me with S4 than Ostarine. Good luck buddy! Kill it!!

If it is better than OSTA then I just don't know if I'll be able to stay sane bc OSTA is the **** (or what ever the ferk i'm taking)... I am running forma as an AI at 10 pumps... meh, I would have anyways, **** is awesome.

Great log and excellent results! I'm just finishing week 4 of 100mg Helladrol ed (2 weeks left to go) and 200mg test ew. Seeing some great results myself and really leaning out. Strength gains are insane. I plan on bridging to a low-dose pulse run of Beastdrol next. I never go off the test and I'm not sure how that will effect my ability to keep the gains but I'm really interested in how the SARMS are working for you. Also, OSTA or S4 for the bridge?

Glad you're gonna have a hella run! Its a great compound... Anyway, SARMs are your friend, my friend. They make PCT a breeze in that you keep gaining.. I don't know any othe way to say it? I maintained and then gained, then lost, then gained, but I'm staying at a solid 180ish lbs.

This is the end of week 3 for OSTA and beginning of week 3 for PCT. The most I weighed ever on the cycle I think was 186 and that was from 173... I love the SARMs, that's all I'm saying.

Anyway, to answer your question: I am going to run them like this:

last week of cycle start OSTA 25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5
Then i am going to run S4 like this 0/0/0/0/0/25/50/50/50 at 5 days on 2 days off (weekends off) dosing twice daily with S4. Osta I dose in AM on empty stomach. Tastes like rubber cement.
 
OSTA still treating me good. I have 5ml left, so am going to finish it at 12.5mg/ed into an S4 bridge. I am trying to get pics up, as I've shredded out even more.

Not feeling suppressed, emotional, werid, lethargy, etc... feeling good honestly. School is going well and am ****ing like a rabbit again (thank god).

before pics are on left and are mid may 13th, I think... after pics are on right and I just took them.

This is 3 wks into PCT with OSTA dosed high (25mg first week (and last week of hdrol), then 25mg for one more week, then have dropped to 12.5mg... Noticed less puffy nipples with the lower dose of OSTA and still KILLING it in gym. It makes you sweat so much. I have kept ALL strength gains - definitely the most impressive thing, I'd say. I weighed in at 179 today, though... need to eat more, but the OSTA is now starting to really shred me... what do y'all think?

Nice work brotha!! Killed PCT and that the goal. Anybody can get swoll on cycle. What seperates the men from the boys, is who can keep their gains through PCT ;)

From everything I've read its only slightly suppressive. Not enough that I would use a SERM for. A decent test booster should be sufficient. I used DAA myself after S4..

Day 28 PCT - wait for it... 183.5lbs... WTF?? I've GAINED.

Okay. Here is what I've been doing. Knocked OSTA back to 12.5 and started S4 (wow) 5 on 2 off. I cut my finger really bad (5 stitches) so took two days off from gym for sanitary reasons mostly. I just got in from a squat day and mother of god... The combo of osta and S4 are KILLING it. I started this cycle 1 april 2011 at 173lbs and a much higher bf content than now. Almost 9 weeks later I have gained and kept 10lbs while completely changing the appearance of my body.

I am a 100% believer in SARMs. Just wow.

I have a few questions, though. Since this is the end of week 4 in PCT I am stopping SERM. I am going to continue with S4, OSTA, and FORMA. I have a little of SERM left that I could run a mini pct when S4 is done... is this necessary? if not, I'd like to go ALL natty for 8wks after S4 to see how I can maintain with a good diet etc...

Will get pics of how I look currently asap.

Very very happy when the scale tipped 183lbs today. :D:D:D

Follow up that S4 with either HCGenerate or Phytoserms! Perfect for a mild PCT following up S4.

And NTBM is coming out with their own DAA, I believe a really good price tag on it too! Keep an eye out bud.

Okay, got the phyto and the HCG comin' my way.

I weighed 188.5lbs this morning... That is a total of 10.5lbs increase in mass since this started on 1 april 2011.

I was diligent the entire way through (its not done by any stretch) with supporting supps and EATING LIKE A MACHINE. I remember reading a quote by some successful bodybuilder who said "what separates us are the ones who take eating as a necessity and the ones that take eating as a job". That's how I feel I have treated eating: like a jerb. haha...

I was just messing around in the gym earlier and my 1RM on flat dumbbell press is 100#... still... This is something I achieved the very last few days of the hdrol cycle. I am not entering into wk 5 of the cycle ending.

Is it the SARMs? It must be... OSTA was amazing... looking into getting more asap... The S4 seems to be really treating me well. No sides to speak of except incredible joint health improvement. My blood pressure was a touch high *141/81* at the doc the other day, but there are no signs of health issues.

HIGHLY recommend hdrol, osta and S4 - done amazing things to my body.

That kinda makes sense bc the pic on the left above is the last day of hella... the pic to the right is three and a half weeks into PCT. I was just showing that I kept a lot of gains with a good PCT and, I feel, use of SARMs.

Hey man, everyone is entitled to their view. I'm putting myself out there so hopefully someone can learn from a mistake I made or whatever. Do I feel it was worth it? Yes. It was and still is a ride. I love the biochemical experimentation aspect of all this, so I get kicks out of reading scientific articles... (I better, I do it all day at school).

Either way, I felt it was all worth it, so that's all that matters to me.
 
Also, aesthetics were not 100% of what I was after.

I pedicab in austin, I mtn bike heavily, I rock climb, catch wrestle, jiujitsu, snorkel, etc - endurance and the ability for my muscles to do HUGE volume was the main focus. I appreciate your input, though, bro.
 
Would it be beneficial to start HCGenerate or Phyto347 now? I just finished OSTA, and am gonna run the S4 for 4 more wks at 50mg/ed 5 on 2 off...

Sorry I haven't been able to update the log. School and werk have been consuming my life. Gotta make that bread.

I took up pedicabbin for the money/girls/workout and its been great for a new leg workout on a bike. Lugging a few people up even a subtle hill in this town can get pretty intense.

Okay, the dirty: got off everything except 5 pumps forma in am and 50mg S4 in am first thing on empty stomach. I have not noticed any sides. My weight is up and so is my strength. I have been consistently taking moringa, chlorella, catuaba, trib, yarrow, maria puierma, maca ext, hawthorne berry ext, cistanche bark, and horny goat weed <-- hell of a sex drink, by the way. Anyway, if y'all don't know about moringa, you should definitely give that a glance: Invalid Link Removed The plant is just flat out amazing, and I feel it may be having quite a positive effect on me. I am taking roughly 1TBSP per day... usually in my breakfast shake which consists of all of those herbs I listed... along with PEANUT BUTTER LOL :D I do have to admit, I eat a TON of food. Like, a legitamate 5000kcals per day. Not claiming one bit that it is all clean, but my metablolism is my enemy, so I gotta eat and i gotta eat frequently.

Anyway - my nutrition has been a fun experiment lately. So, I'm currently sitting at 190.5lbs!!! I am on day 25 of S4 @ 50mg/ed 5on2off - half dose on the off days. I've been on a slew of compounds since 1 april. Today, I dosed 100mg s4 - **** it, i'm not seeing any sides and I wanna go all natty for a few weeks and reassess what I want to do. Prob. run a small torem pct when s4 is gone.

The pics are before/after... the left is a pic from 3 june 2011 and the pic on the right is from 6 july 2011 - like twenty minutes ago lol. The third before/after pic's before pic is from 12 april - 13 days into a 6wk helladrol cycle that was the beginning of all this madness! What a ride! In the left greased up pic i weighed 181lbs - look how cut... In the after pic I am 10x's stronger and weigh roughly 8lbs more. LOVE BEFORE AND AFTERS!!!!

Conclusions thus far: dosing hdrol over 100mg isn't necessary, if you need to go any higher i think its better to hop off the hdrol and onto a sarm to try and solidify what you have. second, sarms are a lifesaver and a staple in any good long-term cycle like i had planned. 6wk hdrol-->5wks osta-->4wks s4 and might keep going with the s4 till I kill this bottle then do a small pct... think that's necessary? I took a SERM after hdrol and my libido is GREAT (those herbs helped too no doubt lol) and things seem to have returned to a general homeostasis. I am weening off forma... was doing 15 pumps, then did 10 for a few weeks, am now at 5 pumps... i want to have it for the duration i'm on the sarm.

Anyway, blah blah... let me know what y'all think... no homo... hahaha

Here's a quick "where i'm at" pic i just took in the mirror. my strength is the thing i'm most impressed with. i'm still able to manhandle 80lb dumbbells around. I am moving 100# dumbbells for reps... never been able to do that before. the sarms also have helped my joints out a TON. I wasn't able to just hang from a bar before taking them without having shoulder issues, but now shoulder is ROCK solid. 70# dumbbells over my head... etc... miracle compounds!

Thanks, buddy. Its been a LONG road. Long time turning down beers and shots, trying to get to bed at decent hrs... this **** is a way of life and I love it.

I've always been under the thought that until I weigh more than 200lbs, what do I have to cut down to?

Its a long steady, slow quest to 200lbs, bro. I got two bottles of AM that I plan to run along with a potential beast/epi cycle to achieve 200lbs. Once I get there (not far, sitting at 190 and "cycle" ended early may), I'll cut, but until then, What do I have to cut down to... ? :D

How long did you run S4? Are you on trenazone trans right now?

For the record my goal for a long time was to get to 200 and I achieved that, but I wasn't happy not being cut up. I decided to cut and now I'm sitting at 172 around 9% bodyfat and happier than I've ever been with my appearance. You'll find out that the scale is not near as important as the mirror.

I feel you on mirror > scale. I have put on some unwanted fat in some areas eating above maintenance kcals, and sometimes i question if my frame was ever really designed to have this much weight on it at all...

I always end up with the same thought: maximum strength with the smallest mass but largest possible volume. It's what we all want. I know I can lose the fat quickly, though, so I am gonna finish out the S4 with high kcal then cut all natty for awhile - just good nutrition to see how much of this i keep. Strength is the number 1 thing I've noticed with S4. Incredible strength gains. Really gonna be sad if the strength falls off a lot. I am gonna do S4 for another week or so...

It takes a second for my eyes to adjust to the inside when coming from the super bright texas outside sunshine. No yellow tints or any other sides to speak of.
 
Found some killer deals guys!!! I love epi so much. Gonna mix up my own epi/LMG for the next cycle - finished with sarms, of course...

Been running the S4 at 100mg/ed the past five days or so. Today is saturday, and I've been doing a half dose on my 2 off days the entire cycle, so I took 50mg this morning. I have noticed, since starting 100mg/ed for the past five days a noticeable increase in the time it takes my eyes to adjust from coming from the hot outside sun into an indoor lab or basement at school or something. No headaches or tints or anything, just taking my eyes awhile to adjust to the new light level... 100mg is EXTRMELELY noticeable in its effects over 50mg. Sweating increase is insane, endurance is pumped even more, pumps increased... etc... etc.. etc... i'll be walking out of the gym and turn around and do 10 more wide pull ups... feels good man. S4 is AMAZING. So, i'm experiencing sides at 100mg/ed, so I am going to do 50mg ed, then 25mg pre workout on workout days, then on the two off days i will do 25mg. :D I love this ****.
