Regular ones. I try to limit artificial sweeteners as much as I can but it's not easy.

Yea nutra planet is awesome I ordered some Erase and cycle support a couple weeks ago and I asked for freebies in the comments and they hooked it up 5 nutrapro an animal pack weight gainer and some other protein...
