purple wraath and blue gene, dosing help?

For the next four weeks, I'm only able to hit the gym three days a week.

From what I've gathered (searched), people only take these two products on workout days.

Keep going with this dosing or take both every day?

Old school thinking, most supplements I have ever taken, you would dose at least once a day (short of gear).

I've went through several bottles of blue gene. I also hit the gym 3 days a week. I dosed pre workout only. And, saw great benefits from the supplement.

The purple wraath will also be fine only on workout days. but, i always used it any time i was doing a strenuous activity.

Agreed here.
Although I dose Blue Gene everyday... you can do only on workout days.
Same with PW, WRAATH will decrease recovery time on off days.
