Day 26
Well, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. Had my first bad workout on this stack. Was about halfway through my sets of deadlifts, and my back just started tightening up and aching. Completely sapped all my motivation to do anything else. I tried moving on to something else, but nope, just wasn't feeling it. And I'd rather just cut off the workout than risk injury pushing myself in that condition.
Planning on passing on doing an evening cardio session tonight, but I'll put in some time tomorrow.
Not much else to add at the moment.
When your muscles are tight, cardio is twice as important. It gives your muscles fresh blood to heal and helps flush away any lactic acid or toxins.
If it is your lower back, are you taking taurine? That stuff rocks. Sometime you have to take 8 or 9 grams but its toxicity level is so high, no worries. I only have to take 2 or 3 grams when I'm not on anabolics and it works like a charm
Day 28
Today was a rest day. Was social and otherwise relaxed. Measurements will be incoming tomorrow, and I have some new progress pics ready.

Changes are kinda subtle, but present I think. Not really sure if the extra cardio sessions this week made any real difference. But any changes will be decided after measurements tomorrow.
I always have respect for people that post pictures online. What have you noticed MOST from your SARMS Research?
Day 30
So, had a nice cardio session last night, and another earlier today. Get to look forward to one more this evening, lol. My back seems to be feeling better today, but I'm going to be a bit extra careful doing legs tomorrow, as I'd rather not hurt myself.
Don't really have much else to add, but I'll mention that I had ordered some AnaBeta for PCT and leading out of my cut. If there is interest and not fifty million other logs, I'll log that too. Sounded like a rather promising product and if it lives up to half the hype, well worth it.
The first month, in the bag! Adding AnaBeta to your SARMS Research should be good, although I know nothing of AnaBeta I just know the company is solid and the feedback is nice.
How long are you doing your cycle for? Keep it up.
Honestly the best ab work can be done with deads and squats. This will add mass to them and get them to actually level out with your rib cage. Use "direct" training as more ancillary in their development, but don't overly focus on it. If your abs aren't sore after doing deads or squats, I'd check out your form.
For directs I'm a big fan of draw bridges, WODs (wheel of deaths), ab pull downs with the rope are just a few.
Great job so far man, keep it up!
Thinking about an hour on anything makes me feel like I want to die.
Way to keep the journal going strong man!! Daily Updates are awesome.
Oh, okay, I actually have done those before, just didn't know the name. I think I will start adding in some cable crunches at the least, starting tomorrow after legs.Agreed! Great log and keep it up.
WOD? Youtube them bro. You won't be sorry. If you can find Chris Duffin doing them, you'll be in awe. Crazy mofo right there
Lol, my "little" brother has about twenty pounds of lean mass on me. He posted back on page 1. He's only two years younger than me, and, well, is stronger and bigger than me.Referring to day 36: Sometimes longer workouts are a blast, always nice to just keep it going and going on those days you 'feel it' and want to enjoy yourself in the gym. Also, it's awesome you're working out with your younger brother! Having someone as a mentor and instructor is PRICELESS, he needs to learn the right ways of lifting as soon as possible, so he isn't led astray or given incorrect bro-science gym-head 'pointers' that lead him into 100 directions.
Oh, the SARMS Research will allow you to get in a lot more sets and reps too, great for endurance!![]()
Not sure if this was already covered, but what other supplements are you on? Thanks!![]()
great log here watching and learning

How much did your diet slip though? A week with no changes is totally normal, you should become worried if there was a change in the WRONG direction haha.
Absolutely, I like following along with SARMS Research logs because they are usually all the 'same' when it comes to results as long as they purchase through known and trustworthy suppliers. More endurance, less fat, and better pumps. Simply awesome.
I have yet, after probably 20+ posts across multiple forums found out with 100% certainty whether or not SARMS taken WITH steroids would counteract with each other at the androgen receptor, causing a weakened anabolic yield from both?
It wasn't anything too excessive, some Gelato and some drinks on Friday and a couple cookies on Sunday, and I did try to make sure to shift calories around a bit to account for it. And yeah, I know its normal enough, and often precedes greater progress, but I'm coming towards the end of this little cycle and wnat to see as much progress as possible.
Also, my bulk LCLT arrived. Does a gram in the morning and a gram in the evening sound about right? More? I know Anavite already has some.
I'm currently stacking Ostraine at 12.5 mg.day with Tren (pulsing) at 160 mg workout days only and seeing great results. I'm also using Myodrol to control potential sides on non-workout days.
Day 44
Hey, thanks for the LCLT info. I just picked up something like 600g of the stuff, so maybe I'll do 2 or 3g in the morning and again in the evening. Do you cycle off of the stuff? Also, this stuff tastes kinda sweet and citrusy, does that sound right? (AI)
Dead on about the taste... sometimes I get one of those sour faces, haha. It always smells somewhat like fish. Real Carnipure, the patented kind, is a very fine powder, but can't be purchased easily in bulk. Enjoy.
What instrument do you play?
Well, I've been taking guitar lessons for a couple weeks/months now; but trumpet I've been playing for like 15 or 16 years. Finding time for music in addition to work, working out, and occasionally being social can be tough.
Day 48
Short update today. Nice cardio session, 30 minutes steady state on the elliptical followed by 15 minutes of intervals on the treadmill. Would just stuck to LISS but my Kindle's battery ran low, and I get bored, lol, so intervals it was.
Day 49
Macros sucked today, didn't get to the gym either, but was productive on some other fronts ... so yeah.

I can see fullness added to your arms and delts, and a leaning effect in your lower abs. All very slight, but when you think about it, it's a huge deal.
Don't worry about progress being subtle, worry about it being non-existent! Haha, you're doing great man.
How old are you if I may ask? Also, measurable gains that can be seen and felt over the period of 3 or 4 months can really only be achieved with hormonal usage after an athlete has been training for years and already reached near the apex of their natural build.
Thanks for the encouragement. I'm 25. While it doesn't show, I've been "lifting" for about a decade. My form, routines and diet have evolved considerably over that time. It's only really been the last year or year and a half that I've really started locking in my diet; and trying to really push my lifts.
I know that it takes time, and time I have, its just one of those things that helps to be reminded of. This is why I like doing logs, so much more encouragement and accountability really helps.
