808rebel's Summer Shred w/ PES' Superman Stack

WEEK 3 ANALYSIS:

So far so good. nothing new to report. staying at a steady pace of ~2 pounds a week while continuing to slowly get stronger. I started a summer class that starts at 8am, so im having my first meal at 6:30am (compared to 9-10am, which is helping me start my metabolism earlier, and more evenly distribute my meals)

HIT A NEW LOW, these pics are from today, weighing in at 217.6!! yes, i know the 2 pics almost the same, but i couldnt decide which one i wanted to use.

lol. A little extra supplementation never hurt anybody.

I can't be certain my sleep has been effected. I just don't feel re-juvenated in the morning and actually feel lethargic sometimes. Although, I'm stressing my body a little more than usual. Increased cardio, decreased cal intake, fat burning supplementation, etc...

I actually stopped taking OEP on day 14, and I'm just going to utilize AlphaT2, Shift, and Erase. You seem to be getting good results and I just didn't want to deal with the OEP side effects anymore.

I'm going to reassess how I feel at the end of the week, if nothing changes, I'll increase my cal intake as well.

Didn't remember this but i guess i ate the other half of my Capriotti's Bobbie sandwich before i went to sleep. Oh well, it helped me avoid a hangover in the morning :)

Day 29: Rest

Body needs some rest.

I'll probably conclude the log tomorrow.

Rest is always good :)

Will you be doing reviews on the products?

Will you be doing reviews on the products?

Conclusion

Day 31: Conclusion

Didn't take any pics yesterday because i felt/looked miserable from all the alcohol i drank on thursday night. Today was a lot better. I still haven't fully recovered, but I didn't want to wait another day to write my conclusion.

Alpha-T2: I initially felt a good, solid, thermogenic feeling from it. As the days went by, my high tolerance to stims became a factor, but I could still feel the product working through all 30 days. I did notice that I had a bit of a runny nose when I was active. Nothing thick would come out, mostly just watery fluid. It didn't bother me.

Shift: This thing made me sweat. A lot. The 2-pill dose before bed always dried me out. Often found myself waking up in the middle of the night dying for a sip of water. Although I was waking up thirsty, I typically had to take a piss too. Didn't experience night sweats or anything, just dryness. In the gym I almost immediately start sweating, and maintained that sweat throughout the workout.

Erase: This is my first time using a cortisol product. Although I've read what it does, im not exactly sure what im supposed to "feel". I did notice a lot of random spikes in libido, and i think this was to blame (not saying that in a bad way).

Overall: I enjoyed the stack from start to finish. I experienced minimal side effects, and only have good things to say about PES' products. Over the span for 31 days i went from 226lb, to 214.6 (new low). My goal was to get to 215, and I accomplished that on day 27. I paid $60 for all 3 products and I say that it was well worth it. I know that my diet had a lot to do with the weight that i lost, but the stack gave me the energy to keep pushing, even though Im at a calory deficit. If you were to ask me if I would recomend this stack I would say yes, and If you ask me if I would do this stack again, I would say yes. Good job PES.

Side Note: I definitely feel like I could take a better post-stack picture, but this is what i look like today. I feel a little bloated and mildly nauseous still from thursday night, but hey, im at a new lowest weight, lol. When I take a better pic (prob tomorrow) ill prob make a before/after thread with a small writeup.

Thank you for keeping your log and for your final thoughts, bud :) I agree with you on this stack. LOVE Alpha-T2 and Erase - definitely notice the difference when I am NOT using them, which you may find after a few days withOUT them.

Re effects of Erase, since it has AI properties, controls cortisol, and increases both free and total Testosterone, joints could have become drier, aid with fat loss or recomp or muscle gain, increase in libido, and perhaps some blemishes, could have been expected.

Definite difference between your pre and post images - you can see the progress you've made :arms: And so very awesome for you on hitting a new low

Thanks for all the advice and for being so supportive rosie! Ur awesome! :bigok:
