Oldnsweaty's AM/AH cycle

Yesterday I worked chest/abs. Was getting an extra rep or two on all bench sets and finished up by maxxing out at a weight I haven't been able to reach since last December. My plateau is officially OVER.:banana:

Weighed in yesterday- down to 253lbs.

What was your starting weight? Going by your profile you are down 12 pounds and getting stronger!

I take it the weight loss is a good thing, especially seeing your pr's being shattered and what not. It sounds like a definate recomp happening.

My starting weight was 265. Man i'm loving it too. I feel better, stronger and have more energy right now than in a long time. Sex drive is good and no hair loss or any of the other things one would normally worry about during a cycle. :banana: I'll definitely be doing this again.

Weight loss replaced by lean muscle is what i've been looking for all my life. It's been a long time since I steadily moved up my pr's. :arms:
 
Yesterday's workout was biceps/triceps. I added 10lbs to the weight I normally straight bar curl and handled it with no problem. Afterward I added weight throughout all following exercises and never really hit the wall. Got an insane pump which I held for several hours. Normally, I deflate rather quickly afterwards.

Today i'm hitting back/abs. Can't wait to get in there and see if I can move up again on the deadlift.
 
I cant hold a pump for very long either bro, so that is really good to hear.

Any updates?

I had to work two 16hr shifts, so back and legs workouts have been pushed back to this evening and tomorrow. My body weight is holding at 249- I actually have abs again (heehee) and am holding pumps longer. I've always been vain and superficial but now i've really gotten ridiculous with staring at myself in the mirror. Blood pressure is nearly perfect, heart rate 72. I don't know what to say other than I feel great, look better than I have in decades and can't wait to get in the gym this evening and hit my back hard. :banana:

Well, my 4 week run on AM/AH has come to an end- ALREADY!?? lol...Now it's time to start my PCT. Using Primordial Performance's TCF-1 for the next 12 days. Then taking 12 days off and then doing another 12 days. The TCF-1 tastes great, kind of grape flavored.
Final recap of gains made and weight loss during AM/AH cycle:

BENCH- Increased max by 21lbs.
SQUATS- Increased max by 32lbs.
DEADLIFT- Increased max by 15.5 lbs
SHOULDER PRESS- Increased max by 25lbs.

Body weight finished up at 250lbs- down from a start of 265.

In summary, this product worked well for me and I cannot wait to run another cycle.:arms:

Wow those are impressive results. are you just using TCF-1 for PCT? I would suggest at least the entire TRS for PCT.

Keep checking to see if your goin to break your old deadlift pr. 705 is just nuts.

Ok, here we go- running my 2nd cycle of Primoridial Peformance's great products. This time I am running Andromass solo for six weeks as I want to concentrate on gaining strength and trying to set some pr's. I feel like right now I am as lean and cut as I need to be. I am still within 5-10lbs of my max efforts from the last cycle and am pleased that for the most part I was able to hold onto these gains. I bought the "buy one get one free" deal that PP offerred and I want to say thanks for the great deal. FEDEX dropped off my order this morning and I went ahead and started 3 pills per dosage 8 hours apart (6 pills per day). For post therapy I will once again use TCF-1 as it worked well and I had zero post therapy problems. :banana:

TCF-1 is a godsend for PCT. Absolute staple for me.
 
Ok guys- First gains from this cycle, AM starting to kick in here on Day 7.

Bench Press- Up 10lbs from Day 1.

Incline Bench- Up 20lbs from Day 1.

I can feel it coming on!!! Woohoo!:banana:

Seated barbell press to front= Increased 22lbs.

My arms got such a killer pump that after my post workout shower, I was shaving but arms were so tight it was a struggle to reach my face with the shaving cream and razor. Best pump i've ever had.

My gauge for a great upper-body session is forearm cramps later in the day (usually when I'm showering).
