How to properly dose liquid nolvadex? Please assist

So I was going to do a cycle of H-drol and use OTC PCT but I decided I would take everyone's advice and use a SERM post cycle instead.

I found 20 mg/ml Nolvadex but how would I dose it properly to take the right amount? What tool would I use in order to measure out exactly 1 ml, or when I get to 10mg and need 1/2 ml as a dose?


Also for PCT is this effective for a 6 week H-Drol cycle?

DAA + a test booster and I am good? What test booster would you suggest?

Go to walgreens, CVS or walmart and they have 1mL oral syringes
 
Alright cool, so does my PCT look sound? Pretty ready to get this underway so appreciate the help guys.
 
yeah buddy, the pct looks great. dosing is fine and the DAA and test booster seems pretty good. i have never really felt a difference when using a test booster (probably cause im young and have so much test anyways). the DAA is good stuff though, i definitely could tell a difference with it.
 
So I can just do Nolva for 4 weeks at 20/20/10/10 and dose DAA and I will be fine?

What dose of DAA should I be taking per day? and should it just be once a day?

the nolva and other serms will elevate test..i always do the DAA post-pct.

Maybe start the DAA the last week of your SERM because it has an accumulative effect. When you come off the SERM the DAA will be kicking in.

So I don't need any test booster while on Nolva? It will boost my test back to normal even without the DAA if I just run the DAA post pct? So I will be able to keep my gains?

nolvadex will boost testosterone 142%-150% of baseline when 20mg is taken....D-Aspartic Acid showed that it raised testosterone levels in healthy adult males an average of 42% in as little as 12 days, with some experiencing a boost of over 50% in that same period of time... so save the DAA for post-pct start running the DAA at the being of the last week of taking your tamox...so at week 4.
 
Appreciate the help a lot bro. Now final question before I think I have everything squared away to get this going. What do I dose the Hawthorne berry and milk thistle and liver support for before cycle, during cycle and after cycle? Also what do I dose the DAA after PCT?
 
or any kind of l-dopa supplement to help with prolactin. and yes, 3 grams a day. and its kind of a toss up on how long to run that. some guys say 6 weeks then a break, some have gone for 3 months without a break. really up to you and how your body reacts. i would say for about 4-6 weeks to see how it goes.
