one last question regarding alcohol...i know alcohol consumption is horrible when trying to make gains and i have cut out alcohol altogether, minus a few special occasions. What is the deal with alcohol on cycle/during PCT...if i were to drink 1 or 2 times, is that ok, or is it an absolute no no. just curious with the 4th of july coming up whether i can indulge for a day or just bite the bullet
